10 stars! I want to say a huge THANK YOU to the management. Ill start by saying this. Ive been going to this car wash for years and have found them to the best in the area and when the new management took over it got better. So to me 5 stars. Now to why I would love to give them 5 more stars. Over the holidays I bought my wife a surprise gift for our first child together, it is a diamond necklace , I plan on giving it to her the day our child is born. While we were traveling back from visiting my parents I had to keep it out of her sight so I hid it under the driver seat. When we got back I forgot to take it out and hide it. The next day I took the SUV in to get cleaned and vacuumed out. That night I remembered it and thought I need to get it while she was distracted. I went out to get it and it was gone. Their employees had removed it while cleaning. I panicked and called them but they were closed. I freaked out, couldnt sleep and had the worst thoughts running through my head. The next morning I was sitting there waiting on them to open so I could confront them about what had happened and with all the negative thoughts that I let get the best of me I was prepared for a fight. When I explained when I was there and what happened he smiled and said " I have it in my office." My heart dropped and I was over the moon happy. He told me that it was sitting on their work cart that she took it out to clean the vehicle and in a rush forgot to put it back but he saw it and put it in his office right away knowing I would soon return. So this is why I added the extra 5 stars. They are good at what they do, are honest and take pride in their customer service. So much so when I explained that I was worried sick and barely slept they gave me a free wash and detail for my worries. Thank you so much and you have earned a life long customer.

My outside mirror was recently damaged at Car Wash USA in Plano off of Ohio Drive. Im usually not one to get on-line to write a review or "blog" about a subject, but I needed to express my recent exprience at Car Wash USA. I drive a large F250 pick up truck, and if you have ever seen one in person you know these trucks have large mirrors that stick out. My driver side mirror was collasped down by one of the employees, so it would not get damaged in the wash, but the passenger side wasnt and it was completely ripped off. I wouldnt be writing this review if it wasnt for the Managing General Partners, Chris Videa, attitude with regard to the incident. He basically told me it was my fault b/c I didnt tell him to collaspe it down. I just figured it was common sense that if you are putting a large vehicle in a small wash you could atleast collapse the mirrors so it would fit, but what do I know. I guess it is my fault! The bad attitude that Mr. Videa expressed is why Im writing this review. He was worried about selling his $5 car wash rather than discussing the $150 damage that his business caused to my truck. Heck a free $5 car wash wasnt even offered, not that Im looking for a hand out. Just be careful with this wash. I would recommend QuickWash just two blocks away on Preston in Frisco or Zoom Wash a couple of blocks away on Preston in Plano. Great job Chris, especially being a new business in town. Hopefully this terrible economy will close your doors! Maybe the new president with the new attitude coming into office tomorrow will change your attitude towards your customers!

This was my FAVORITE car wash and the only place my family trusted for years... until today! New "partner" as he described himself = horrible service! He quoted me $50 to detail my daughters truck with no outside wash (the truck is too tall for the carwash drive thru). That seemed like an okay price for what I was promised would be completed... After an hour wait... they did not touch the floor mats, they did not vacuum anything, the seats were covered in dust and normal debree, the dashboard, door panels, console, etc... did not look as if they had seen any sort of wet wash cloth??? DETAILING to them is blowing the car with air... thats IT! When I pointed out my concerns to the girl cleaning my daughters truck, she acted as if she didnt speak english and told me to go find the manager, as she walked away towards another vehicle. I found the manager cleaning another cars tires (probably another re-do job) when he completed that car he came over to inspect my concerns. He grabbed a rag and tried to spot clean??? I told him the employee acted as if she didnt speak english and did he have any of the old staff under the previous owners still working? I told him how long we have used their services, and I had never had this type of experience! He assured me all the employees were the same (not true!) and that if I had a "better worker" our truck would be pristine??? I have been a loyal costumer for years but after today am on the hunt for a new place to wash/detail my cars. :( any suggestions on a good car wash near plano would be greatly appreciated!

This used to be our favorite Car Wash...not anymore. My wife visited today and presented a pre-paid card that we have been using for some time. We originally purchased the card in June of 2013. We used the pre-paid card because you can load it with $100 and you receive $120 in value. Since the original purchase, we have reloaded the card 4 times. On her visit today, she had difficulty at the register and the attendant told her to go ahead and she would figure out what was going on.While my wife was waiting for the interior to be cleaned, she spoke with the attendant who told her that the management has changed and they can no longer read cards that are older. She said they would take care of her car today, but the card was marked void. My wife was upset and spoke to the manager who refused to return the card and only did so after bending the card and even then, my wife had to yank it from his hand. It would be one thing if the business changed names, but it is still doing business as Carwash USA, and should honor all debts associated with that. Unfortunately, I no longer have the last receipt from having the car washed, showing the balance, because if I did, I would likely take them to small claims court. I know it is $50-75 though. This is despicable behavior whereby they took a happy customer, who has been going there for years, and has spent in excess of $700 with them, to someone writing a negative review!

I would rate it at 3 1/2 stars. I stopped by on my lunch break. I just wanted a wash and hand wax and was told they only offered it with an interior vaccum and dusting as well. I ended up paying 45 dollars for the package. Vacuuming was done well, wax was done quickly however it was applied over several spots of pollen that was left over from the car wash. The wax was applied by squirting a large amount on the buffer at one time and then pressing that up against the side of the car. More was then applied and then the other side was done in the same fashion. What resulted was where they started had more wax applied then where they ended. There were some hard water stains that they said could only be removed by using a special solution. That I understand, but I do not understand why if they saw pollen remained on the car, that they would continue to wax it. When I brought it up the manager took the time to with a buffing solution, and even was kind enough to point out some scratches on my tint that needed fixing, but it was still not what I was expecting for a 45 dollar wash. Overall, quick service and an okay experience, just was not worth the 45 dollars paid.
