Decided to start the day with a clean car. Drive into the car wash. As the wash began I immediately noticed that no soap came out. As I continued through the wash, they stopped the wash for a moment. When it restarted, the wash finished. I immediately found an attendant upon exiting to inquire about the soap. Then I noticed two of my wheels had a black greasy gunk on them. The manager told me this was the tire wash and it was normal. When I asked about the soap, he said well, we just opened and we havent mixed everything yet. I explained that the mess on my tires had never happened before. He told me next time not to order the best wash. This guy was supposed to be the manager. So you go to a car wash, and they dont use soap, their tire shine makes your car dirty, and the manager basically says thats normal. Time to find a new car wash.

This location is horrible, The manager "Q" doesnt have people skills. I asked to speak with him and from his desk he asked the worker what did I want, instead of coming. But once he came out he was really rude stating"he dont have time for attitudes". All I wanted was my car to be redone since it wasnt done correctly the first time. I asked to speak to someone else and he said Im the manager but I asked for someone over him and he wouldnt give me his name or number nor would he tell me when the other person would be there. There was a car behind me instead of tell that car to let me out he started talking to the person. As he was walking back in he stated I dont have time attitudes, and when I said I dont neither he then stated well leave then....What kind of company has a manager like "Q" respresent them.

I use to come here all the time to get my car wash and vaccumed. Loved it here. But sometimes I just go to vaccum my car(which is free). My car doesnt need to be washed every time I go. Well lately the apparence of the place has went down. There is trash everywhere they need to learn to change the trashcans out. Most of the vaccms dont work. Idk if they broke or whatever but they need to learn to let ppl know. Its always over crowed they need to give ppl time to come and leave because some ppl just take up room. Im just so applaud on how this place been going down.

The manager put my car too close to another vehicle. The vehicle in front of me hit their brakes when the front bumper of her car came off. I was in neutral and the track pulled me into the her car. The insurance company found this establishment 25% liable for the damages. The managers are not allowed to give out the owner information or their insurance information in hopes of the client just going away. I wouldnt take a chance going back there. Everything is good unless they damage your car. This is a terrible place of business!

I dont doubt the experience of the negative reviewers but have never had anything like that at this car wash. The $4 wash here is more effective at cleaning than the same price wash at Cockrell Hill and I-67, and the vacuums seem to be stronger as well as usually more available. It is hard to justify the time and effort to wash at home when it is so convenient to go here.

They did not clean front bumper or back area where the mechanical wash cant reach, and then they refused to allow truck to go back thru. When I asked for managers or owners phone number they refused and called the cops.

1-15-15 the staff thats working today sucks they dont do anything but sit around all day. I work for enterprise an we have a contract through this carwash. This shift is possibly the laziest staff I have ever seen here

Great Carwash! I usually go here and get the $10 wash which does my undercarriage and tires as well as a spot free finish! Plus the vacuums are free.

Found out if there are bugs on car you have to prepare for washing the car yourself.
