Have to agree with Anthony who posted below. Pretty much same story here! I was getting my car washed and pulled up in a lane and parked my car. Please note, I drive a standard. Get out of my car, and then go inside quick to get a bottled water. When I come back out to wait for my vehicle that was supposed to be getting a $49 express detail, it had rather been run into the back of a womans Mercedes Benz. The car was sitting there bumpers against each other, and no employee around. Instead the woman whos vehicle my car had mysteriously rear ended was standing there and said she witnessed the entire incident. She said one of the employees got in my car to move it up and accelerated into the back of her car. Obviously it sounds like he had no training on a manual transmission vehicle. Why would you get in a car if you cant drive it? Also, all you had to do is release the e-brake and let it coast a little forward. There wasnt even a need to turn on the vehicle. Anyways, so there was minor damage to both bumpers, but will most likely be a costly repair for both of us (paint, labor, etc.). For her it looked like she would need to have her rear valence replaced. So that explains the incident... After waiting for a good 10 - 15 minutes and people staring at us, a guy by the name of Antonio came out to talk to us. At first he inspected the vehicles but tried to claim that there wasnt really any damage to either vehicle. After pointing out that my screw heads from the licence plate had gauged the paint on her rear bumper and valence, he then went to get claim forms. After bringing them back and filling them out and further inspections on the vehicles, he promised someone would be in touch with me the following Monday. Whelp, that would have been nice but that Monday has gone by and now it is the following Monday. The only thing I consider myself at fault for is returning to this bad place of business, as this is the second time they have hit someone elses car with my car and nothing was done to correct the accident. Be very wary taking your vehicle here. Even if you do not drive a standard, you may get rear ended by one.

horrible, horrible, horrible. I cant say enough how bad these people are. My poor wife pulls up here to get a car wash. After they wash it, they see there are a couple rock chips in the windshield. They con, I mean convince, her that they should fill in the holes with a glue filler patch. They said just give them the car insurance information and they can get it totally free to us. They said the insurance companies let you have 3 of these for free every year. In Fact, they would rather you do fix them so they dont pay for a cracked windshield later... BULLS#%T. Unfortunatly, I was not there. So she did hand over the insurance info. They filled the chips and went on to bill the insurance company. She called me on the way home and I immediatly said that is a bad bad idea. Never give out our insurance info again untill you talk to me... SO... now fast forward a year maybe. I am wanting to shop around for insurance rates. I call a few places. Of course they look at claim history. They said, wow, you have lots of claims. I had a hail on my car once and a hail on my roof. Everybody in Irving does/will. But they also said I have this small little claim for like $180. This is the claim that these car wash people said would never hurt me. WELL, turns out, it does hurt us. It counts as a claim. So their stupid $180 claim shows up and now we have 3 claims on our record. So insurance for every company is crazy high now because we are like high risk people! I asked one of the agents how much this one claim is raising the rates. They said because this claim is on there, the rates are several hundred higher each year... So much for all the lies they told us. I HATE that these people conned my wife like this and neither of us will ever go back. I tell everyone about this experience and I was even considering reporting it to the Better Business Bureau because I am that mad. These guys scammed us and now we are going to be paying for this for 5 years till their rediculous claim falls off our insurance!!

I recently went to this place for quick carwash. They told me I had to pay more money because I had bird poop on my car. I told him thats why im washing my car. He told me to remove the bird poop myself or pay more. Again I went to get a car wash. And I went back couple days later to get a state inspection. They had a advertisement saying free car wash with state inspection. They told me their inspector usually come in at 8am. I was there 9am. I wonder if the owner knows about their employees not coming in on time. I will never EVER !!!! go back. Oh! On top of that the guy was being rude telling me to come later and see if the inspector come later and tell me to move my car since there was a car waiting behind me. What a horrible customer service. I will tell all the people I know not to go there.

On 01/30/16 while getting my inspection done, one of their employees backed up into my vehicle while the inspection was being completed causing damage. An incident report was done, police called to the scene. The manager, Antonio Aguilar, said that the owner was not in but would contact me the following Monday. As of today, Tue 02/02/16, I have not recieved a phone call from anyone, nothing. I have called multiple times, no answer. I showed up twice, Antonio Aguilar says the same thing...that he cannot produce insurance info and I must wait for a phone call from the owner whose name cannot be disclosed to me. I understand accidents happen but this horrible company has done nothing so far to correct it. Please dont do business with these scums!!!!

Went exclusively for Interior Cleaning. Was charged $50 for wash and interior cleaning. After waiting for 20 minutes, they said my car was ready. I did not had the opportunity to look inside the car as i was busy. After i went home, i looked inside the car and was really surprised that the interior of the car was not cleaned properly. I had a 3 year old and the car gets messy and that was the reason i went for interior cleaning exclusively. I was completely dissatisfied as i saw bread crumbs underneath the driver seat and saw lot of dirt not being cleaned properly. The trunk had lot of dirt here and there.. These guys have lost one customer

It has been over a year now and the owner nor the manager has ever returned my emails or calls. My Dodge Ram side mirror got torn up by one of the spray nozzles inside the car wash even when folded in. They told me it was my fault but upon review of the cameras and showing the broken nozzle which tor up my mirror they realize it was their machines fault. We filed a claim report in their office and they promised reimbursement. I have driven back in, emailed and called and no one ironically is ever available to resolve this issue. Pretty unethical and shady business practice.
