Awful service. Over priced for what you get. I paid $10 to get the first wash upgrade over the basic. Then when I pulled out the girl with the towels asked how much I paid and apparently 10 wasnt enough for a brief towel dry. Then I pulled towards the vacuums, since most car washes offer free self serve vacuums when you purchase a wash, and the attendant came over telling me that vacuums were not self serve and not included in my package. Rude staff, over priced for what you get, much better options than this poor establishment.

I had a very good experience there. The Check-in process was quick, nice air conditioned waiting area with 3 TVs, kids corner, clean restrooms, background music, free popcorn, free Wi-Fi, vending machine and an ATM. A team of two cleaned my car and did a good job. I read the not so good reviews before I went there but it was the closest place I could had found, so I came in with low expectations, but was surprised to get a great overall service. In N out in 25 minutes. Will definitely come back when Im in the area.

I took my personal car (with 22" Chrome) and a 4 ton flatbed from work (poor guys)... they did great. In fact they did a better job than anyone else in the area. I used to miss Phoenix car washes because of their attention to detail but after these guys... Im good. they took about 35 minutes for hand washing and they pay attention to glass and Chrome. Look, if your going to pay 7$ to 10$ for a car wash then expect 7 - 10 $ of clean. Shell out a $50 and get satisfied! They know what their doing.

This was one of the worst car washes Ive been to. They scratched my antenna when taking it off. They left a lot of spots and I had to dry my own truck after looking at it. The windshield wasnt even wiped down. I talked to the assistant manager about my scratched antenna and he sat there and argued that it was my fault. I am driving a truck that has less than 300 miles on it and now have scratches and a sub par car wash. I will be contacting the manager tomorrow for some type of compensation.

This company just took over an existing car wash in Lewisville on FM 407/ Justin Rd. Painted it all up and made it look great, but the service and policies of this place are awful. I gave it a 2 star only because the dirt is off my truck! Only!!! Would not recommend Well its 5 months later and fare is fare. I gave them another chance a few months ago and they did a very good job. Maybe they just needed to make a few changes and get settled in. I recommend them and now use them regularly.

Giving 3 1/2 stars. Went with the $150 detail package had to turn back 2 times for minor touch ups. Shipping my car so had some specific areas, that most people wouldnt have noticed, specifically way under the back seat and seals around the doors and hatchback. Friendly staff. Did a great job of picking up the dog hair. Still had to get a vacuum on the hard spot under back seat.

It took 5 hours to wash this car. For 3 1/2 hours of waiting we saw our car had been sitting there the whole time untouched so we went outside and talked to them about it and they finally started working. The car turned out good but service was terrible after we talked to them about it they started working after 3 hours and it took 2 hours to finish it.

Bad routing! Can not get out of car! Paid for wheel & tire wash, received NONE!!! Lug nut & wheel dirty. Man used windex to try to clean.Overall a extremely poor experience with no professionalism. Will NEVER go back!!! Why do these people even try to conduct a business? Extremely POOR!!!! Please just leave our neighborhood! You are not wanted!!!!

Outstanding service. Saw a guy holding a sign for a special they had. They did exterior and interior for a pretty solid price. Other places I played simular price for less than stellar service but they managed to tidy up my car and did it within the time frame I asked for. Will be getting more washes here in the future.

One of the worst places who took 2 hours for state inspection and finally said the machine does not work in the end . Horrible and mindless service and they wasted my 2. Hours for nothing . The guy who goes state inspection does not know what he is doing . Never ever would I go again be it for anything.

I only needed my car detailed, but the menu that they show you when they drive up only shows that you can get your car detailed in a bundle. You can get it individually. They do a good job at everything, but Im upset I got tricked into buying 150 detail instead of 50

The guys were super nice up here. I brought my car here to get an inspection & they gave me a free car wash. The fellas were fast & friendly!! It was very clean & smelled realIy good! They even had free popcorn! I will definitely visit again! Good Job!

I went to this place today and the service was horrible. They have arrogant people as employees and they will treat you most inhumane way possible. I was happy with the cleaning. I will not go to this place again unless they change the bad people.

Very good customer service! My truck was filthy from all the recent rain and these guys took their time and got it spotless again. I will definitely be going here from now on. You can tell that they took pride in their work.

I think the car looks worse than when I came in. $7 for the basic wash does not come with anyone at the end of the tunnel to towel dry. They skulls rethink this because the water spots are awful.

SLOW! Over an hour and the truck still wasnt clean! They only did half the back mat. There were still crumbs in center console. $50 for this? Sad - they used to be top notch. Not anymore

Horrible customer service. Windows are streaked and have soap spots. Kid that washed my car had an attitude. Wont ever go back. No wonder it was completely empty.

Its not brushless. They keep you at least 35 minutes on a Saturday if you get the interior done. Good if youve got some major cleaning. Decent customer lounge.

If you are new to the Area, I just spent $18.00 on the exterior Wash and was very dissatisfied with the Service. NEVER AGAIN !!!!
