The first time that I took my pickup truck by this place, they did an okay job. Granted, the truck was relatively messy on the inside, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After all, it was allot cleaner than when I first went in. It wasnt perfect, but it got the job done... We went back with our car - 4 door sedan. The car was only vacuumed in the "visible" areas, they left debris in the side doors, and the car was not cleaned throughout. We complained to the manager, an Asian lady, who told us that we had to pay to get a full vacuum service. (We had already paid $49 for a vacuum but they didnt finish it). They then vacuumed the drivers side and passengers side (front) but left the back un-vacuumed. We again brought it up with one of the workers who then called me a "Pinche Gringo" without knowing that Im Hispanic and could speak perfect Spanish. He told us that we had to pay to finish the job. Listen to the reviews on here and if you have the chance, look up the reviews on Yelp. This place may have been great in the past, but the new owners and workers are running this place to the ground.

Paid for the top detailing package but car was only partly clean. It was apparent that they missed the back seat and floors altogether as there were crumbs and bits of grass all over. When I asked them to do it again, they said that they would have to charge me extra. Not satisfied with the quality and attitude of the workers. However, the price is low enough that I might consider trying it again.

The last two visits my truck has been "sort of" clean at best. The first time, I asked to speak to the manager and was told he did not speak English. I later received a call from "Steve" who said he was in charge and said all of the right things so I gave them an opportunity and returned. Same poor quality as last time. My advice would be go to a different place if you want what you pay for.

The work is fair but expensive and they are NOT responsible for any damage to your car. That is now thats its under new ownership. They broke a piece of plastic around the bottom of my drivers seat and the owners exact words to me where "did I see them do it". I will never go back and pay $17 for a basic car wash. Make sure you watch them vacuum your car!!

The car wash here is good. Id say the best value is the $12 wash since it hits your tires too. Where they could improve is getting a credit card machine outside so you dont have to wait 5 minutes for them to go run your card inside. On a side note, it would be nice if car washes would stay open until 8pm considering that its light out until 9pm. :)

This car wash in Coppell is a reliable option for car detailing, at a reasonable price. We have used the service several times on different cars. On the regular car wash, the service equivalent to others in the area but slightly higher on cost.
