Went to get my car wash on Friday June 10 and went thru the car wash and heard a boom when I was lining my tire up. Come out the wash and light on my car says I need air in my front right tire. Now when I came to car wash no light was on. I pull in to vaccum my car and my tire on flat and I panic. Go get the manager and he tells me that the tire wouldnt let U put air if it had a leak. REALLY. At this point I feel like U are losing and then I tell him Im go call police. All Im thinking is Im stranded. How am I go get home. Police comes and he tells him he will reimburse me. I went in to talk to him and All he was talking g bout was customer service. Well he gave horrible customer service. NEVER NO INTENTIONS OF GIVING MY MONEY BACK. I WILL NEVER GO HERE. I NEED TO KNOW WHO THE OWNER IS.

This is my first time using Mint Condition Carwash at 360 and Sublett. The cashier at the drive through line sold me the product/service telling awesome things about what $50 of service will do for my vehicle only to find out that the cleaning was poor. My wheels still had dirt on them, the inside was poorly clean and no vacuum under the middle and third row seats. I can understand if the associates vacuuming does not know how the seats move, detach or lift; however they could ask and that would even show interest in doing a well job done cleaning your car. I was also promised that any scratches will be taken off and it was a lied as well. I was very disappointment. I will never again paid $50.00 for such poor service.!!

Classic example of a poor company taking advantage of their "members". Your receipt is tagged with an "X" or an "M" which tells the crew to do a very limited job on your automobile, literally!! I have even brought it up and of course it was denied. They will NOT scrub your car before entering the car wash. They program the wash with VERY LIMITED soap, nearly none. Also, they barely put any shine on your wheels but that is really the extent of it. DRYING IS VERY POOR!!! or NONE AT ALL!! This is one of the WORST car washes in the area. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! You would think it was bad enough when you bring it up but to continue to get the same POOR service.. ridiculous!!!!!

I will never return to this carwash again!!! I was once a VIP member there but stopped because the wash kept bending my license plate, but I thought Id just stop by because it was on my way home. Frank Zarate was so rude when I asked for the $5 wash he responded with a laugh and said "Are You Serious?" Im glad to know what they think of people that get the $5 wash and the quality of their equipment. I commute to Dallas everyday so I wash my car at least 3-4 times per month just to get the road-grime off and get it detailed once every 2 months. Ill happily take my business elsewhere.

DONT GO HERE!!!! Both of my cars have been scratched up from this car wash. When I just took my new car to try it again since its so close to the house.. Should of followed my instinct. Scratches again!!! Tried to talk to the manager/owner and he was extremely rude and disrespectful saying I cant prove anything. Didnt want to give me any contact info, kept saying info was on the receipt but all thats on there is a phone number not even business name. Save yourself the trouble of getting scratches and horrible service!!! Would give 0 stars if an option.

New to the area and this place was recommended...not sure why. Sure, I bought the 5.00 wash, but does that mean Im not entitled to a clean car? If you have to upgrade just to have the basic minimum...a clean car.... then this level should not be offered. Car was still dirty...front and back windshields were streaked with soap because there is no rinse cycle. Customer service was horrible, too. Wont be back.

The staff is really nice and friendly, and the wash isnt too bad. They did a really great job cleaning my headlights for the extra fee. The only problem is theyre very slow and only had one person trained on cleaning headlights so we waited almost 40 mins to get something small done.

The service everything were OK til the next day when it rain, I just spend $185 for a full detailed wash it was lovely next day it rain I call up there ask them about a rewash sure bring on back got there they told me $10 really that was my bad experience with mint no more

They close early whitout any notice. Even if you have a paid monthly memership. "Manager" Frank is very rude and disrespectful. Threat customers to cancel your membership mention cursing he dont care about our F business. Go somewhere else with better cistomer service.

Do not come to this place if you own a nice car or specially lowered, they let their metal rails scratch your undercarriage and dont give a damn, they will force your car scratching and scrapping with no regards. Horrible customer service the Asian manager is garbage.

Worst carwash I have ever been. The first time I been there they broke my antena and they didnt accept it. Horrible customer service . Also if you compare with similar carwashes, they use less soap and their aquipments doesnt wash good. Never back again this place.

Car did not come out clean on the front. Still has bug remains throughout. The employee did not tape down the rear wiper blade. Maybe Ill get the unlimited wash membership and run it through 3 times per visit just to be sure it come out clean...

HORRIBLE customer SERVICE and the worst car wash in the city. I involved the owner and he was just as rude as the cashier. Ill never go back. Save your money do not go to the car wash. Im only giving 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.

Im a vip member and have never had a problem, I pay 29.99 a month for unlimeted car washes, they clean my rims, tires, and hand dry my car. the only issue I have is the long lines. but come on long lines only means good product.

Fast service, however its too fast, they never get the wheels cleaned well even if you specifically ask them to make sure the wheels are cleaned. You will have to buy 2 car washes back to back to get the car washed properly.

Quick and pretty inexpensive, not much more you can ask for from a quick wash drive through. Left some smudges and such on the car. Not really a big deal I guess, just want a sparkly clean car when Im done at the wash.

the car came out was not clean and the windshield was dirty and the front bumper was still dirty and i had to go to the different car wash to get it clean and the overall was verrrrry bad experience

They say they are open till 8 pm its a Friday and Im here at 7:30 and they are closed what the hell its the weekend stay open until youre supposed to. Cancelling my membership tomorrow morning.
