Not touch-less, but nice. We just used this car wash today. Beware that it is not touch-less. We have an antenna that does not lower (not power), and so we prefer the touch-less washes only. Before paying, we inspected the car wash "bay" and saw two large brushes for the sides which we determined to be okay for our vehicle and proceeded to use the car wash. We did not realize there was a brush on the top that came down. It ended up not being a problem since the antenna didnt break, but we wont be able to use this car wash again for this vehicle. This is not the fault of the car wash, but it is something I wish we had known before visiting and thus my reason for including it in this review. The car wash prices are currently $6-10, and they have vacuuming and fragrance "kiosks" in the back. One seems to be very new and costs $1 for 4 minutes (but you can add quarters one at a time to add minutes after your initial 4 minutes rather than having to pay for 4 minutes at a time). I thought that was a nice feature, so you dont have to pay for more time than you actually need.

I recently visited the Laser Wash of Euless on Monday night 5/19/2014, This is my new car that I only bought three weeks ago, I had been before and had no problems, and I have only used this car wash since I have gotten my car... this time once I got back home I noticed that there were SCRATCHES EVERYWHERE... I have tried to call them repeatedly, left quite a few voicemails, and even more emails. They are not taking responsibility for what their machine has done to my car. I will not be continuing to go to this car wash to clean my car... Especially since I am not getting a professional response from the company themselves about helping me take care of this matter. Not to mention, that it didnt clean my car as it should have... a total let down. I would suggest going somewhere else.

Went to this car wash expecting to have a nice clean car and left with car looking the same. Hood and front end did not get cleaned at all. Attendant on duty said he was the manager. I asked him if this is what other cars look like after they go through his car wash and he stated that it was not his fault if I could not read the sign that it was a "touchless wash" and my car was too dirty. Told him I would never return and I would tell all my family, friends and neighbors of his rudeness and terrible attitude in not trying to help a paying customer. Drove my car home and rewashed it myself. If this is typical of how he deals with customer, he will not last long.

Was there last night april 30th 2012 about 845 pm.in a brand new car less than a week old i now have huge scratches down the middle of my hood and roof its horrible.i have used this place in the past and has been fine actually better than most.well i called thier number and sent them an email so ill report back on whether they own up or leave me hanging.but i will follow all the steps as due process.Wow just got a call from the owner was real apoligetic and very nice going to meet me to take care of the issue thats a person who cares about thier customers and business. I was just the unlucky person it happened too.thanks

I didnt have to get out if my car to get a car wash- which I like. I used the vacuum myself- its a dollar for about 2 minutes. I didnt time it, but thats about what it seemed like. So I paid 2 dollars in total to vacuum my car. Then I drove thru, where you can pick what level of a wash you want. I chose a level up from the basic. The customer service rep was very friendly and helpful. Ill be back, for sure.

Scratched/swirled the hell out of my paint. Now Im trying to get ahold of who runs the place. Update: 7-11-15 - after a week of trying to contact management i still havent heard back from anyone. Next step is a certified lettter. After that....the BBB. Update: 7-19-15 - refusal to assist in taking care of the issues mentioned above. Sadly i wont be back.

After a 13 hour drive home from CO the bugs were thick and nearly caked on the front of our SUV. I didnt want the bugs to "dry" overnight so I ran through this wash on the way home to see if theyd come off. This wash did exactly what I didnt want to do by hand. 90% of all the bugs came off. Very happy with this car wash

My favorite drive-thru car wash in the area. Clean, reliable and gives a great wash and dry. Other drive thru washes seem to leave areas of my car unwashed or dont do a good job of drying. Laser Wash of Euless does an excellent job at both.

I could see the scratches on my rear window from the blue flaps, I thought it was a laser wash since usually laser washes Ive been to do not touch your car in any way ... this one unortunately did

Well, my car is clean, but for a $6 express wash they could at least dry it for me. There are cheaper, better and more modern car washes out there that blow dry the car.

About what you would expect from an automatic car wash. The vacuum islands are nice, but one wasnt working. they cost a dollar for i believe a couple minutes
