I went in for a "Daytona car wash", the best one the company sales. It was supposed to be a full service, vacuum, wipe down and tire shine. It was absoutely horrible. They only wiped down the leather in the front seats, and completely neglected the back seat. With the interior dash and console areas, they breifly wiped down the visble spots, but didnt actually clean them. I have a dog, and the employee told me that they cant vacuum any of the dog hair up. Which is upsurd because I have never had his problem before. The exterior car wash is great. I do not recommend allowing them to do the interior it is a waste of time and money.

Used this place multiple times, whatever detergent they use left permanent marks on the plastic parts of the vehicle. Thanks I had insurance and had them replaced. Todays problem was unimaginable. Just cancelled my monthly subscription. It did not even rain for 10mins today and they say they are closed because of rain. Such a dishonest business and reckless service. I cant imagine the winter..they would probably keep charging but be closed everyday because it will be raining everyday. Ridiculous.

Every time I come here the customer service is rude and disrespectful. Ive been yelled at by their staff on more than one occasion when trying to enter the on ramp. I have been to many car washes like this, and never has this been a problem but it seems to be every time I go here. Plus I came out of their car wash with scratches on my car that I know I didnt have when I entered. Will not be returning.

I came by for an oil change and was out in 20 minutes. Granted they were not busy at the time. The staff was nice and straight to point and didnt waste my time. I went to NTB first and it was packed not mention more expensive. Ill definitely be getting my oil changes here from now on.

A cleaner car drives better. Highly reliable staff at all positions. Can ask anyone for needed assistance lube and/or wash. Ask Greg a question about your car concerns via lube centre. Hes never wrong.

Got the basic car wash. Had them towel dry the car. Drove away and found out the mounding hard been pulled off my Yukon Denali! Not happy. Guess I wont be using this wash again.

I went for car wash in $21.99 full service. They did very bad job. After they cleaned I had to clean it again. Its better to do 5.99 and clean by own. VERY BAD SERVICE.

Staff has been friendly, service is quick. The vacuums dont work that well, but everything else has been good have only gotten state inspections and car washes.
