Over the past month, I have used Jett Express Car Wash twice. Both times, I noticed the awful, putrid, sickening, septic, foul odor that is left in my car after going through this car wash. This is a recent occurrence. It points out a problem(s) with their equipment, their handling of their recycled water, and their sump purging and cleaning frequency. I get it. They want to save money on their water bill; however, in doing so, they are creating an unhealthy environment for their customers. Please take care of business, Jett Express. If this has been your experience, please complain to the City of Arlington Health Department, use Arlingtons "Action Line" online to report a complaint, etc.

My experience was horrible. I took my car to get a car wash 2015 Lexus ES350 and was about halfway through the carwash and suddenly the machine sends a truck slamming into the back of my vehicle. I and the individual that truck slammed into my vehicle was told it would take 3 business days for them to review the camera to figure out what happen. Needless to say I havent received a call to resolve the damage caused to my vehicle. I warn anyone if you are taking your vehicle this location use this machine at your own risk! And do not expect the company to contact you when they are fully aware they are at fault.

I used to come here all the time when my car was covered in bugs because they were always the best at scrubbing and removing everything. However, the last two times I have been here, the attendant has done nothing but spray the front and back of my car...no scrubbing at all. Theyve been busy both of those times, but if Im paying for the highest $13 service I expect to get what Im paying for. Instead I watched the attendant do the same for every car regardless of which wash they purchased. Moral of the story: if its busy, get the cheapest wash bc thats what you are getting anyway.

Lots of problems. Stuck in line a long time because of equipment malfunction. Once the Mgr showed up it was a quick fix. !!!??? Young guy was friendly but the lady managing was gruff, inattentive and not accommodating. I got stuck again trying to get onto the track leading in. My wheels would spin. I told them I wasnt paying. She told me she would force ALL the cars behind me to back out and guide me out. I told her no, I was getting a free car wash. Was she kidding? Id already been there in line a really long time. She met me outside the office with my refund. Wow.

Rude jerk employee, knocks on my window like hes trying to punch it and yells "break". Then he walks around the back and comes back angry and punches my window again says Im not letting the rollers catch my wheel and screams "break". I yell back mad at this point "on" or "off" he yells "OFF". Wth, I mean I had it in neutral and then he walks to the back, the truck slid back so I hit the break to not run his @$$ over and hes mad at me. Stupid, last time I stop at this crummy place, all because hes having a bad day.

Only two lanes going during busy time. The machine to pay for wash was malfunctioning so I got to watch as the other lane cruised on through while I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. The worker (female) came out was very rude and had poor customer service. She was quick to tell me shes the only one working and was quick to offer for me to leave if I didnt want to wait. Its too bad its so close to my house because I doubt Ill come back.

Paid for most expensive wash. Watched every car in front of me get barely one scrub before going into the wash. I got maybe one scrub on my tailgate before going into the wash. Left the wash with a decent amount of soap on my vehicle. Went into four different vacuum bays trying to find one that worked. No luck. I would have been better off spending $10 less and going to a wash-it-yourself place.

They just put Armor All over my whole car. I cant see out of my windows. They made "it right" by just giving me my money back. Now I got to drive around town with Windows I cant see out of to get all this junk off my car. Pay more money to get it off my vehicle. Literally just wasted time and money by going here; very poor customer service.

Wash is decent. I have a f350 with a fuel tank in the back, was not informed that I was not allowed to use wash until after I had already went through truck was not rinsed from back glass to tailgate .Spoke with manager about going back through to get rinsed again was not allowed. Management refunded purchase.

I paid for the $5 car wash and when my car got out I had scratches on my brand new car (which is black by the way so even more noticeable) that were about 3 inches thick and went from my rear passenger tire all the way to my passenger door. I will never go here again.

The $3 wash is great and mostly what I get since it gets the job done. At times I have sprung for a higher $ wash when my truck is really dirty. You definitely get a great value for your money at Jett especially with the free vacuums. I highly recommend it.

Ok car wash. Very busy on a Sunday. A LOT of traffic with people waiting for the wash,people passing thru, and people trying to find an open vacume slot. Hint... lf u find an open slot, GRAB IT while u can. Its a lot harder after u get your wash.

It gets most of my 2005 Chevy Colorado, with hail damage, but at times it is a bit to streaky. The deluxe should come with a couple of people with towels at the end, to take care of streaking. I have not used the self vacuum but will soon.

What a great car wash for as little as $3 on up to the custom wash. Kary Krafve has been so polite to me as I go there every week & have a car wash. Check it out, I promise you wont be disappointed. And free vacuum also!! Thanks Jett

Well it has its pros and cons... Pros: •free vacuums •cheap wash •decent clean Cons: •filthy and trash everywhere •even when you buy elite, it left streaks on Windows •vacuums needs to be stronger, some work very poorly

Great Car Wash, Makes my car look likes its been detailed. I love the free Vacuums. Wash vary from $3.00 to $12.00. Pretty Good value. Place looks pretty clean. Employees are helpful. I recommend to anyone.

Damaged a piece of trim on the car, even had the video to validate it, but refused to replace it. Said it was a poor design and a manufacturers defect. Never happened at any other car wash !

This place has really gone downhill. Its trashy and the vacuums hardly work. For such a new business, Im really surprised they would let it go this quick. NOT WORTH EVEN $3.00.

Wont go back. The "best wash" $13 left my truck looking terrible. My rims were muddy and the vacuums are free but theyre near worthless and usually in the bald open sun.
