Did my 1st oil change and wash there. Never asked me what oil I use, did not check the sticker that CLEARLY stated Synthetic Oil, when they placed their sticker next to it. Told the manager that I had a wash earlier in the year and wanted no wax because last time they waxed the bugs onto the vehicle. Manager runs my vehicle back through to put correct oil in and says he will check for bugs. At this point I am hoping that they really are changing the oil and filter again. Right then is when they run a car through with the window down. They tell the poor guy that it is no problem, they will towel it out. His seats, floorboards and interior are soaked. That crap is going to mildew. When I left he was being told that he would be paying full price for the car wash. Gave them two tries, and guess what. Bugs from the 1st wash were STILL on the front of the vehicle from the last time they washed it and waxed them on. With all this, I will not be back. The manager gave me a coupon for the next visit. If anyone wants it, check the dumpster out back of Pep Boys next door.

The wash line moves double the speed of other car washes. This used to be the go-to car wash in HEB but something has changed in the past few months. Someone decided to double the speed of the wash line so now the vehicles go through much faster which means a less thorough wash, a less thorough rinsing (the wheels dont even get one full rotation before moving from the washing jets) and more cars coming out of the wash to - you guessed it - a completely over packed drying area that does not have enough people to properly keep up. And, the workers that are there now have to do a sloppy fast job to keep up with the cars coming out of the wash. Not sure whos idea that was but it was stupid. The workers make less tips because they do not have the extra few minutes to do a thorough job drying (Im certainly not going to tip them out of pity for the poor decision of the management to speed up the wash cycle.) The cars do not get a thorough wash and rinse - bad idea all around.

I brought my car in to have the inspection done and a $250 detail only to have them steal all the change out of my ashtray....along with my mailbox key. When they were pocketing my change, they didnt look to see that they were also pocketing my mailbox key. It will cost $50 to re-key. I paid them almost $300 and that wasnt good enough for them, they had to steal from me too. I have been going here for almost 10 years and this is the very last time. I have always overlooked the ignorant things they did (like ripping my floormats up instead of disengaging the latch causing me to have to go to the dealer and order new latches). But this.....this is the VERY LAST STRAW!

This place is "ok" if you want a basic car wash and nothing more. Even though all the package say that they clean everything inside and out as well as vacuum and wipe everything down they definitely dont. They rush everything at lightening speed leaving dirt and cleaning products all over your vehicle. The cleaning of the inside is a waste of money.....TRUST ME. I find myself going home to clean the inside myself and cursing that I wasted the money to have it done. So Im short, its great if you want a $10 car wash you could do at home in your driveway for FREE. Dont pay for anything other than the car wash.

Where to begin. I took my new dodge challenger to this crap whole. If you going only go though the was i would even let these people dry you car off. I had some ward water spot on my car so I needed it polished and buffed they chipped both my doors and broke a CD in my car. CDs no big deal but a sorry would have been nice. But I will never take my car here again. MUSTANG CAR WASH on GRAPEVINE HIGHWAY IS MUCH BETTER!! You only need to compare the reviews to figure this out. they will take care you your car. F YOU SIMONIZ!

I did the package for $109 and they did amazing! Steam cleaned my seats, floors and rugs, detailed every possible area. The staff was very nice and Im very satisfied. I think you get what you pay for. I wanted my car to come out as clean as it was when I bought it which is what I got. If I wanted a more basic clean I would have chosen a less exspensive package. I think some of the complaints are people expecting much more and not wanting to pay for it.

I use this place fir a year, recently they change of administration and prices are $4.00 more than usual. For $13.99 I can do a better work myself. Dont waist your money. I had to get back and talk to the management because my car was left dirty inside and outside. They "cleaned" for a second time and same thing. Dirty rims, and inside the car. They just told me that is not part of the body of the car. So this was my last visit to this place.

I went there for a basic car wash, which included them cleaning and vaccuming my cars interior. When I went to get back in my car, all of my loose change that I stored in a little cubby area was completely gone. I asked where it went (maybe they moved it when they were vaccuming or something) and everyone shook their heads and played dumb. I dont care if you steal $1 or $100 - you dont take other peoples belongings... PERIOD. Just awful.

They have a pretty affordable $12 inside and out glass and vacuum that I frequently get. Most of the time they do a good job sometimes the glass is really not well cleaned inside - lots of smudges. Ive only gotten the full detailing service once - it was more affordable than most places, but not as thorough as it needed to be. Talk to the managers - they are pretty receptive to any problems - but I find I frequently have to do so.

Ive been coming here for years and the service used to be great. Im not sure if they got new management or what, but the service had gotten worse and worse. Today I asked for an Exterior #1 and they charged me a Full Service #1 which is ridiculous. I always have to go back because the windows werent cleaned or they shined 3 tires and not the fourth. Its just slacking.... Today I said a final goodbye to Simoniz ):

My car was damaged during a wash there. I know they saw it because I paid for detailing. During the detailing, they didnt even clean my inside console area, it was still dirty. My husband was there a week earlier and he saw 3 cars bump into each other in the tunnel. He reported it to the manager and the manager told the employees not to tell the customers that their cars had been hit. Very dishonest.
