If you damage a customers vehicle, own up to it. Your carwash bent my license plate so far outward it was comical. At the end of the car wash nobody said a word despite numerous employees inspecting and drying off my vehicle. I only found out about it because I stopped at the near by QT for gas. After seeing the damage I went back and yall denied the carwash did it LOL. Avoid this place, save your money and vehicle.

Went there on 3/13/16 to wash my truck and one of the door panels came loose while drying and asked to speak to the manager( who I think is supposed to help resolve the problem when a vehicle is damaged while in your carwash). When the manager showed up, he said the part was already loose and too damaged for their "policy". This place used to be great, now its just going downhill.

1. Free vacuum: Not all slots have vacuums so I have to wait. Some people just get in to use vacuum only even tho it says its for paying customers. 2. Car wash qualify was kinda off. I did silver and asked if they do bug remove then the staff seemed unfamiliar so he charged me $2 extra. And then I looked after I left there was still stains on the lower part of my doors. Smh

1 star now. This place is going down hill fast. When they first open it was great and your vehicle got clean. NOW ( 01-14-2016 ) YOUR LUCKY IF the hood and bumpers get clean. Took my truck through there today. Grill, front bumper, tail gate and rear bumper DID NOT GET CLEAN with the purchase of the Gold Works and hand applied tire shine. VERY POOR QUALITY HERE.

I use to like this place but its going down hill. The workers act like they dont wanna be there. The carwash is terrible. I paid for a basic and it left dirt all over my wheels, the roof, and bug guys. The guy drying off the car didnt really seem like he wanted to do it. So I just pulled off didnt need the attitude.

Dont take a full size pickup here. Very tight turn from wash area to detail area & truck touched wall making turn & scratched door paint. Wash guy laughed then took 5 minutes to jockey the truck around the corner, then they did a crappy job cleaning bugs off front grill. NEVER AGAIN for this place !

Went to get my truck washed here today. The guy said it was too dirty to wash, then gave me no way out of the bay without backing out. So remember if you want a clean vehicle wash it yourself before you bring it here, they wont wash a dirty truck.
