If I could give no stars, I would. I did the groupon oil change car wash package here. I was told to wait in the waiting area until a mechanic came to get the keys.. after an hour of watching people come and go my husband said something, and to no surprise, they had forgotten about us. So they then rushed and got our oil changed way too quickly. Fast forward to a few weeks later, semester has started and Im now driving my car, and the engine sounds wrong. I took it to a mechanic, and 3 of the 5 quarts of oil had leaked out. The cap on the oil filter had been placed on loosely and the oil bubbled out while I was driving (the owner Doug chuckled at this as I described it over the phone.. way to take an upset customer seriously). Luckily I went to the mechanic before any serious damage was done, but if I hadnt my engine would have burnt up, and the entire engine would have needed to be replaced. The only thing he could do is repay what the mechanic charged me; which is, luckily for them, only a small fee for the oil replacement. And a free car wash to calm an angry woman down apparently. Also their phones suck, so while trying to explain my issue I had to repeat myself 5 times. Anyway, Dont go here if you dont want your car to break down on you, because they cant even get an oil change right, and then laugh at you on the phone.

Paid $220 for full detail on my F350. While they did an OK job overall (especially on interior), it was not as good the job I do personally, which was frustrating because the whole point of bringing it was to get a professional detail. When I got home I noticed that Celebrity had not even touched the roof - there was caked on dirt and water spots. Brought it back the next day, and while they put a guy right on it, he spent less than 10 minutes on the roof , and all he did was wax over the high spots - he didnt make any effort to clean the dirt out. Also, the truck barely started when I picked it up from the detail - apparently they left the key on the entire time that it was being worked and drained the batteries . I had to put the charger on as soon as I got home. There are other signs of a poorly run business which I dont have time to go in to. Clearly this place has gone to crap since the original owner sold. Based on other reviews, it wont be long before this is known as just another poorly run carwash, and they will no longer be able to charge the premiums that they once got for good customer service.

Forget about this place!! Apparently, some type of caustic liquid was spilled on my passenger seat. It has turned the leather as hard as a rock! When I called, they said bring it in , we will make it right! Next thing I know, the owner is wanting to speak with me. He said "we did nothing to the interior of your car" and "I have the video to prove it". Next he proceeded to tell me that he applied PAINT THINNER to the area (without my permission) and I was is disbelief!! He still insisted that this rock hard seat was not their fault!! I have since taken it back to the dealer and to a leather specialist who both stated that something was spilled onto the leather seat, a substance that was NOT intended for leather!! So, dont take your car here, because this owner is simply all about his innocence!! He then tried to tell me that it was from "normal wear and tear"...this is a car that is primarily driven by me, and the passenger seat is occupied less than 10% of the time. This business does not have good business practices!! Take your car to someone who will offer to pay for what they have done.

Both times that I have been and have paid for a vacuum job I have not received any where close to a proper vacuuming. The second time I had to get out there and vacuum myself along with one of the other employees. In the end it all got done but not without my own sweat. I dont recall having to pay to do the work myself. I appreciate them when they tried to offer me a free car wash, but unfortunately the damage has been done and they have lost my business. (They cant pay back the time that I have lost on both trips.) The reasoning they gave me for a lackluster service is that they were shortstaffed. While I was out there vacuuming a young "supervisor" in a red polo was sitting there eating lunch while two others were standing around chitchatting. If they were in fact on lunch they need to be somewhere else because it sure gave me the impression that they were not short staffed, and just lazy and not working. If you go there the exterior will probably get taken care of, but I wouldnt bother paying for the interior, unless you want to do it yourself.

Celebrity once again lied to my wife and did not do what they say. On the receipt it clearly says "Washer Fluid: Checked" which if they did they just looked at it long enough to say, "Yup, its almost empty." Because after about a week, IT IS EMPTY. Never checked, never filled... and I am assuming nothing else was checked either except the scam of trying to sell us a brake fluid flush and fill, which they do every time. This is not the first time they have done this exact thing. In fact, one time they didnt change the oil during an oil change and I went back and they offered me two free oil changes, which they conveniently forgot about the next time I went in and charged me anyway. I am past done with the lies and poor service. I used to go because it was consistent and the free carwash was actually worth something until they stopped doing anything but running it through the washer and toweling it off.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! I took my car in a month or two ago to get the "express detail" since Id heard some good things about the place. I left and came back to pick it up, drove 20 minutes home, then realized I couldnt put the gear shift changer fully into park and couldnt get the key out of the ignition. Long story short, whatever they used to clean the inside of my car had caused the gear shift changer to stick and then crack, which has in turn messed up my ashtray, and now my door locks dont click locked all the way. The manager Doug "offered" to pay for half of the repairs even though it "wasnt their fault." I then took my car to the dealership to get an unbiased opinion and they reassured me that it was indeed their fault. Even after telling this to Doug, he still refused to pay for the repairs. Wouldnt even give me a refund for the detail job!! So much for customer satisfaction guaranteed! TERRIBLE!

Attempted to get brakes changed two times this week and the mechanic just decided to not show up so after day two we went to Drivers Edge around the corner and had a great experience! We also needed an oil change before going out of town and gave them one last try today and had the worst experience yet. The computers were not working correctly and the mechanic told my husband he could leave after 10 minutes if they werent working as he had already been there well over an hour. The owner insisted that he wait and after the mechanic and owner had a confrontation concerning this my husband was allowed to leave after paying $25 and was told we would receive receipt later. Such a mess. The mechanics are frustrated by the owner and after his demeanor and tone with his employees and my husband we 100% will not be returning. So sad when this used to be such a great place!
