I recently moved to this area and have been looking for a go to car wash. Some have been good, some have been sub par, but this is the only one that has stood out enough to actually write a review for. The service here is a complete joke. The "pre rinse" consisted of a gentlemen with a power washer who sprayed my windshield and right rear fender. That was it. Going through the wash I knew I would be disappointed. Going through as many car washes as I have you get a feel for how the brushes need to be positioned. Exiting the wash I was greeted by a friendly and energetic young man who did a quick once over with microfiber towels to dry it. I didnt expect that and I thanked him. I pulled over to vacuum my vehicle and was astounded at how dirty the car still was. The front and rear bumper hadnt been cleaned at all. There were also heavy swirl marks in the fresh wax job that I had put on two weeks earlier. I spoke to the manager and through her broken English she told me she would send someone to look at it. The same disgruntled gentlemen that had "sprayed" my car came over with a towel and started angrily rubbing off the dirt, which anyone with any detailing knowledge knows is a terrible way to clean. I asked him to stop and went back to the manager. I asked her to run the car through again, she refused. I demanded a refund, at which point she simply walked away from me. TL;DR, go ANYWHERE ELSE. The car wash on the east side of the road is much better than this place.

The owner is horrible with his customer service dealings. I will never come back and I hope he has to close the business for lack of business. He doesnt deserve to be in business here in our US of A. I paid 11.00 for a crappy carwash and couldnt even use the "free" vacuums because I pulled up at closing time, 7 pm. Nobody said a word, of course not, just turn off the vacuums. I never say any signs with the hours and just assumed it was 8pm like most of the washes around. He used a condescending little girls voice asking me if I was going to ask for him to turn the vacuums on just for me. I left to never to return and I will tell everyone I can and will post on all the social media sites to get the word out on this horrible business person. I wrote a review also on yelp and read all but 1 bad review on this guy and he doesnt know how to treat people. Bye Mr. Chang. Good luck to your business. You wont last long.

I paid 90 bucks for a car detailing and it was horrible. They put my car thru the huge washing machine thing. The young men wiped the front half of the car by didnt give the rear any attention. So I pull into the detailing spot, I get out and the car is still dirty but waxed. So I ask the manager about the detailing process and he tells me you can select from 5 packages. We go back and forth for 10 mins about what they will and will not do before I just got fed up and ask for a $60 refund. I let them keep the $30 for the "wash and wax". I could go on all day about the particular of the situation but I will not. Long story short please save your money and go else where to get your car washed/detailed this is not a FabEULESS establishment. #SpitWouldveBeenAStepUp

Weve been going to this carwash for awhile now and for a while, service wasnt stellar, but we kept coming back. After reading the reviews, I see its under new ownership, and today I could really tell a difference. I was greeted my a man at the payment machine and he asked if I had any questions or needed anything, then advised me with my $15 selection I would need to pull to specific spot for my tires to be shined. Although Ive paid for tire shine before, its never been this detailed! The guys working were great and my car looks awesome! Hopefully there will be a monthly pass soon... wed love to have one!

My wife and I used to get our cars regularly washed at a detailing place in Irving but with our recent move to this area, we wanted to give this place a shot. The tunnel is not state of the art but service and pricing beats is great. We got inside/outside detailing plus had seats conditioned, and for $89 our sedan was showroom new. Folks there were very helpful with special kudos to Robert who walked us through the service selection process. Only reason I cant give 5 stars is because there is no air-conditioned waiting lounge that some places offer. I will certainly be back though.

I came to this car wash once last year and completely forgot it was here being so convenient in my area I decided to stop in to clean my car, they have excellent customer service AND they will clean the inside of your car for you in some of the packages. Which works for me because I have a very small infant and I need my car to be clean at all times. I love this place, definitely only coming here from now on, the basic car wash is so affordable and still leaves your car super sexy! Not to mention the manager will go above and beyond so great customer service guys

I take my car here often for their car wash and vacuum and neither is great but it convenient. Today my kid spilled a smoothie in her car seat so the first place I thought to take it was this place to help me clean up her seat and safety seat. Not the whole car, just her area. The manager refused even though he had all the tools needed for the job. He said hed charge me the full detail price for the one seat. Thanks for nothing, well find another car wash to use from now on, jerk.

First time here and the guy met me at the machine and explained the difference between the services. $15 is the best option. You get wash and rain-x and they hand shine your tires. Loved it. Especially that they dry you vehicle as its coming out so you dont have water spots after the wash. Super sweet staff. I forgot I got the tire service and they came to where I parked to vacuum and did it. I will definitely be back. Bowie will be very happy(yes I named my truck)

I was feeling bad because they couldnt take care of what I needed. Owner suddenly got upset and yelled at me, saying that car wash place is just to take dusts off, not to make the car look brand new. I was feeling bad enough so I didnt talk and got out of my way. Guess what! My neighbor had bug and tar remover, which is CAR WASH PRODUCT and they are gone! Update: now they dont have anyone drying your car for you

My first time here--I was looking for a new "regular place" since the quality of work had faded at the last place I used to go. They did an absolutely amazing job!! Little details that the last place had been missing time after time- they took care of it! I didnt have to provide any expectations and they exceeded mine easily! I think I found my new favorite spot! Thank you!!
