This was my second time to a Mr. T fine wash. First time at the Irving-MacArther location. So, since the wash was and service was embarrassing and terrible at that location I figured Id try the Belt Line location. This is BY FAR the WORST "FULL SERVICE" wash I have ever been to. It is nothing more than a $3 dollar wash with a bunch of gangster looking thugs doing the work. Nothing here is good. They didnt get the bugs off The vacuum job only hit the middle of the floor, cracks and crevices were not hit at all! There were wet towel smears all over the vehicle. They did not wipe off my step bars. You can clearly see were they half wiped my dash and tech display. Chrome grill had water drops and smears and bugs all over it! I read the reviews before going so I guess I shouldve known. But, I took a flyer and was COMPLETELY disappointed. For a $20+ wash this was again a complete disappointment with the "Car Wash" I will never go to another Mr. T fine wash. And I Highly recommend that you dont unless you just want to throw $20 out of the window! You would be way ahead going to a $3 wash and saving $17+ dollars. Clearly after all bad reviews "management" says to contact them. If they arent addressing the issue and correcting them, why even respond?

WARNING ABOUT Mi T Fine Car Wash (in particular on MacArthur). Attention my dear Irving friends..DO NOT USE Mi T Fine Car Wash, they dont care about their clients!!! The MacArthur locations Manager David Moreno is absolutely the rudest individual I have encountered in a very long time. They damaged my dads truck after they told him it was ok to go through their machine because of the age of the truck. Now that there is damage to the truck, BEFORE HE HUNG UP ON ME, he has not only implied that we are lying, but basically said we are "out of luck" for the damage and missing pieces (again after telling him it was ok to go through and taking his money). So sad that they would take advantage of a senior citizen like this. They can kiss the full detail business that my husband and I have given them over the years!

Best car wash! Fast, cheap, & fun to watch. We waited only 3 minutes -under the shade- for our car to be checked-in. The whole staff was very polite. We went inside the office to pay for our sevice and paid about $13 for a full service!!! That was a shocker! We are used to paying $50 in California! While we were inside the office, we discovered that we could watch the cars getting shampooed and washed by big machinery while they drag them through a belt. The cars get 3-colored shampoos and coatings. Its quite a show! Well definitely come back!

Employees are nice and helpful but they need more training, for some reason cars are not getting washed the proper way specially when hand waxing and polishing, the solution to not messing up a cars original paint, is knowing what youre doing, if not, you can mess it all up. Windows and mirrors need to be sparkles, front and rear bumpers need to be clean from top to bottom, my car passes through 4 or 5 different people plus automatic car wash machine, is no way all of these people missed spots that are very obvious and very easy to clean.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! Employment was unsure if my vehicle fit in their drive thru. Once the manager confirmed I was good to go come to find out they caused some damaged to my brand new vehicle!! Not to mention, my vehicle still looked very dirty. I was very disappointed with the service. I then asked to speak to the owner and he advised he couldnt take responsibility. He was very disrespectful and such a liar. I gave him facts and he still said he couldnt help me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL CAR WASH.

I pulled up to the car wash at 5:58 nobody directed me on which way to go so Ill pull up to the part that you wash your car and some guy runs and stops my car from going in for a carwash and he says she didnt pay and its 6 oclock we arent taking any more cars. This is my second time going and they have been rude and unprofessional. I normally take my to the car wash off of 4255 W Northwest Hwy, Dallas, TX 75220 but this place is convenient just because its closer doesnt mean its the place to go. Dont waste your time.

I spoke with Roland the manager and he told me he would get back with me. I never heard back from him!!! They STOLE prescription cough pills when they vacuumed out my truck. The inside of the windshield is dirtier after they wiped it down. Sure the outside looks ok but if the staff steals $75 worth of medicine it makes for a real expensive wash! The prescription has no street value so WHY??? Also, the staff couldnt figure out how to drive a manual transmission.

Normally I come here and its pretty good. Today was horrible got the managers special and paid to have the I side armour all, well the carpet was left with trash my truck still had dirt spots on different places and the dash was not cleaned up with armour and I paid for the service, I asked one of the guys and he said sorry I will do it, well he took 15 seconds and said Ready the dash was still the same. Will be finding a new car wash

Decent full-service car wash for $20.00. My car was clean inside and out. There were a few places which were missed where they vacuumed, and there was still a foot print of dirt/mud on the inside drivers door. The front windshield still had smudges from where I had cleaned my window two-weeks prior- I would think they would have cleaned all the windows as well as my windshield. Fast, friendly and affordable gives it 3-stars.

Ive never had to leave such a bad review but this is warranted. I asked for and paid for a complete interior detail ($104 + tax) I arrived 4 hours later to find ONLY the seats and carpet shampooed (I have rubber mats). So I had to wait while they quickly cleaned out the console, dash, doors, cup holders etc. which was not quality time spent. I was told it would all be wiped down, blown out, and conditioned. Never going back!

I elected the monthly car washing option and I have to tell you, Ive bee VERY pleased with not just the price but the quality of the wash and the professionalism of the people. I have since relocated to Boise, ID and these guys here need some lessons from the My T Fine professionals. Something as simple as taping down the window washers, or pushing in the mirrors actually go a long way. Great company and great product!

NEVER GO HERE!!! THEY WILL SCRATCH YOUR CAR THEN LIE. Scratched up my car in the manager refused to do anything to help me then was rude and wouldnt even pay for the car to be cleaned because their car wash didnt clean the car. Also stated that the scratches must have been prior even though it was a brand new vehicle. Not very polite and I would never do with him again nor will I go back to mighty fine.

BEST CAR WASH EVER!!!!! For only $20 you get full service wash, everyones so polite and very helpful. The detail cleaning was excellent!! My tires and rims never looked so shiny before, and the inside was magnificent. I just had to give them a big tip. I left there satisfied and then some !! I ADVICE YOU TO TRY IT FOR YOUR SELF BEFORE YOU JUDGE BASED OF OFF THESE NEGATIVE COMMENTS.
