January 8 I visited this wash and paid $30 for the package where they wipe it down, clean the dash, console and doors, wheels/tires, vacuum and do the windows inside and out. Once I got home I realized that it had not been vacuumed or wiped whatsoever. There were still crumbs in the cup holders and dust on the dash and doors. They left muddy footprints inside where they were standing to dry the roof. There were also muddy footprints in the bed where someone walked up to clean the back window. About 2 hours later I went back up there to talk to a manager and explain what happened. Once I told him he just grabbed a rag and started wiping the interior, no apology or anything. I really think he only said 1 word to me the whole time. You would think a manager would want to apologize for doing a half ass job to a customers car... I guess not. He did do a good job of cleaning the interior but once I got in to leave again I realized he still had not vacuumed AT ALL!!! It really seemed like I was being a huge inconvenience for him. He came back and vacuumed but didnt even lift the floor mats until I told him to WTF. I never once got anything even resembling an apology. Im sorry but if I pay $30 to get my truck clean then I expect to get it clean. I doubt I will but if I do decide to go back one day I will never have them do anything other than just run it through the tunnel. Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. Managers should do a better job taking care of customers that dont get what they paid for.

I dont usual write reviews, but I must because Ive had a bad experience with Carmel car wash. I asked for the $10 wash. When I got off their drive thru, there was water all over my car and its not dry! I asked the manager to give me a towel so I could clean the water myself so it wont leave water marks all over my car but he refused. He told me that I need to pay $15 extra to clean it up by their staff! I told him but there is water all over my car and he should take a look at it. He didnt bother to take a look and said that for $10 wash, they only rely on the air blowers to dry the car. I am completely unsatisfied and will never wash my car there again. I had to go to another car wash and wash my car again because there were water marks.

Theyve been double charging me for a car wash subscription. When I called they offered no help. The manager I spoke with acknowledged the double charging. Rather than actually refunding my money they requested I come in to the location with bank statements, during a time thats convenient for them. I still havent gotten this issue resolved and will be turning to my credit card company to fix the issue. Completely unprofessional business practices. The car wash itself is alright.

Terrible service, the guy at the front talked me into getting the deluxe wash that cost 15 dollars saying that it would leave my car shining again. There was still spots all over the car after they "polished and buffed" it. I asked to speak with the manager about it and he said that the car was damaged for parking by sprinklers. I know those spots are from the tree at my house I never park near sprinklers not have them at home.

Consistent service, people are pretty nice. We like the prepaid card, typically end up with every 8th or so wash free. We get works plus, exterior with tire dressing, well worth the $15. We do usually end up wiping the car down again to get the sneaky water hiding on the cracks once we get home, but that is the same experience ove had with any drive through car wash ive used.

I simply pulled in the vacuum my car and a very, very rude man asked me to leave. He stated that the vacuum cost $4, yet there are places that allow you to vacuum for free and you only pay $3 for a great car wash. For a place that looks very inviting, Ill never even consider getting a car wash there after the way I was treated. They need to get their stuff together.

The first couple of times I went it was OK. But these last few times have been HORRIBLE Im paying for the 30$ wash to leave with dry water stains, half dry Windows, and pieces of leaves still on my carpet, and greasy wipe marks on my seats!!!!!! They are only in a rush to take your money and get you out of there!!

$59.95 Super Clean detail was wasted wasted money. Didnt dry my car completely. Car seats still had my dogs hair on it in plain sight. Seats looked faded dry with whatever products they used. Something told me to do it myself.

For about $10 your car looks good and you can vacuum it for free. If you dont feel like doing it yourself just pay a little more and theyll have it showroom ready. I think its a great deal.

Worst car wash in Arlington. They get you setup on recurring payments and then reduce your service. The recurring payment offers hand dry and then they say its not included.

Great car was located next to the QT station. Always helpful staff and the car wash moves cars pretty quickly so its never a long wait.
