Ive been doing a full service oil and lube at the speedy bee on Cooper ST. in Arlington even before it was a speedy bee. I just caught them today not doing what they charge me for. I put vaseline on one of my grease fitting to see if they really were lubing my front end. Low and behold the vaseline was still there when they were finished. I started checking a little deeper and learned that the cap was never removed from the power steering pump, it was still covered in dust. All this was done with the car wash manager present. Then I got home and discovered that the dipstick to the transmission was covered in dust too. How could they have possibly checked the fluid if the dipstick was never removed? They were so busy trying to sell me an air filter, fuel filter and a rear end lube that they forgot to do the work that I asked for. I didnt even let them wash my truck. I went down the street and paid $10.00 to have a real mechanic lube my front end at Sons Auto Repair 1306 Knight ST. Arlington. Ill never go back to speedy bee. Maybe thats why some of their customers are saying "Oh theyre so fast" Its because theyre not doing all the work that they are charging you for. I just caught them red handed with the manager as my witness. Goodbye speedy bee!

Absolutely un satisfied!!!! So I had a pretty dirty truck due to some west Texas red dirt so I didnt mind paying the 170.00 for a full service detail. First off I drop it off they tell me 3 hours. I get a call after 1:45 so I already knew there was going to be some issues. I arrive my step rails still had dirt/ dust on the the trailer hitch the same way. It was like they didnt even clean the bed. To top it off the tires were still red. I get that it was dirty to begin with but thats why I had no problem paying 170.00. So I express my concerns they say okay give me 30 minutes when I get back it still wasnt 170.00 clean when I return I still wasnt satisfied. So I talk to a manager I didnt want something for free but I would have appreciated a price break since they didnt meet my satisfaction. Needless to say I paid my 170.00 and left. I have never written a review in my entire life but this just really rubbed me the wrong way. I would highly advise anyone to never use this place I know I certainly will not!

I washed my car today at the Southlake location, bought their Bronze wash ($20.99) plus hot wax. I specifically mentioned to the salesman that I need the inside rear seats completely wiped because of dust. The Bronze wash is supposed to include cleaning of the cabin anyway but it was not done. When I asked the guys working outside to wipe, he just waved me off saying that he needs to get to the next car. I didnt have time to go back to the office to complain. I simply grabbed a towel from their basket and cleaned myself after paying for their so called Bronze wash! Will not recommend and wont go back again!!

I am torn because if I go during the week when the lines are short, I get a great job. I usually get the silver package and am very satisfied. HOWEVER, EVERY single time I have gone on a weekend or when the lines are long, the detail I get with the silver package drastically drops to a basic and I feel cheated. Also, their system damaged one of my very new vehicles mirrors without any responsibility on their part... bad bad practice. On another visit, the car before me had the mirror fall off. When I told them, they placed it back and did not tell her so I did. I am sure they did not like that.

Several of us will NEVER take our vehicles to Speedy Bee in Southlake. We just had an absolute HORRIBLE experience there. They made a cut into our window tinting and when we brought it up the "so called owner" refused to even listen to us, yelled, and was threatening towards us. He told us that he knows the mistakes "his" people make and that was not one of them. He got in our faces and told us if we said another word that "he was done with us". Is this how you treat your customers? It was evident that he also has a problem with women because he made several derogatory comments about females.

I took two cars there at the same time with my wife. Got home and noticed the leather seats in both cars had been scratched and one had a tear. Needless to say, the manager had his excuse matrix ready to go and tried to redirect the blame my way. If you have a nice car and want to keep it that way, DO NOT use this car wash. A true mark of a good business is professionalism and customer service. You will not get that from the General Manager Brian Tatum.

The team at Speedy Bee always does a fantastic job washing both of our vehicles. We bring them in weekly and never have any issues with the quality of the wash or the service. The staff are very detail oriented and they always make sure the vehicles are completely dry. They do a great job of cleaning the wheels and tires and always wipe down the interior, even though not included in the wash package we typically get. Keep up the great work!

This place is horrible. It has gotten worse year after year. It doesnt matter what package you pay for they treat all the cars same. They wont clean cup holders, barely vacuum, and today they dropped something greasy all over my leather passenger seat and now it has greasy spots on it. Every single time I have to grab a rag and start cleaning my car just make it look halfway decent. Never again!

So for starters the Manager is completely unprofessional, and was arguing with me. They caused property damage and had to fight tooth and nail to get replacement part agreed upon. I will update, when and if they actually replace the part. Once that is done never going back!! Save your money for another car wash!! Rude!! Shady employees that put the broke piece back on the car hoping you wont see it!!

I signed up for emails and they sent me one promising a free Silver wash if I downloaded their app. No expiration date was on the email. Then when I got the app and ordered my wash, I got to the register only for them to tell me the coupon expired. Seemed like fraudulent advertising. They didnt vacuum the back half of my van and I had to ask them to do it again, which they did. Not so happy!

I doubt that I will use them in the future. Every time - unfailingly - the glass is done poorly. They are probably using the same rags over and over through the day. This last time (two days ago) it looked like someone smeared some kind of film over the windshield. It was actually worse when I left than when I arrived. We have been there many times but are going to try some other places.
