WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! DO. NOT. GO. HERE. GO TO RAPIDS ON 26 IN HURST!!! I was excited to learn about this place because it seemed fast and affordable and is literally just around the corner from work. Unfortunately on my very first visit they cracked my windshield. The "manager" told me (after making me wait until he was good and damn ready to get up and come outside) that although the car was in their possession, on their property, and in their wash bay the crack is not their responsibility... This is not an aftermarket item, i.e. wide fender flares, big goofy ass mirrors, long antennas; its a freaking windshield. I was told that it was my fault because my windshield must have had a rock chip because windshields do not split like that. I had my car at Toyota this morning for service, and they ran it through the car wash and it didnt crack for them!!! This was simply the worst customer service all the way around. Not only did they crack my windshield and refuse to pay for it or accept responsibility, the incompetent "manager" did not even refund my $30 for the wash I paid for. I find it incredible that you guys are still in business.

My experience today at this location was "a customer first based mentality". From the initial starting process everything was broken down in a detail professional manner. The greeter explained each menu item with complete detail, letting me know what each item represents and the cost of that particular selection . I received the ultimate exterior package which covered what my car needed at that time. The greeter was professional from the start until the car was completed and presented back to me. The detail worker explained all the aspects in what he did and made sure that the car was up to my standards. The greeter also made sure that my experience was pleasant and with the full process I will always come back to this location because the customer service was exemplary. I was impressed because of the weekly specials and by chance today they had Manly Man special.

Today was the second time I visited. First time was ok, but today was not even worth one star. I was there for at least an hour, even though I wasnt getting a full detail. They were slammed, so not a big deal. However, I got a $50 wash and, not only did they not do a very good job, they destroyed one of my brand new wiper blades. When I got into my car, my wipers were on full blast & scratching my windshield. One of the managers told me not to turn on my wipers and that I would need to replace the rubber...uh, yeah, so new wiper blades. They didnt offer to replace them, just gave me the genius advice to not turn then on until I got them fixed. I will drive further to get a full service car wash worth the money. Not going back again.

I love this car wash, the staff is very friendly. I bring mine and my wifes car in for cleaning frequently. I must admit I was disappointed on my last visit to discover that the back seats and back area in my SUV had not been vaccuumed, though they did take extra time to clean all the bugs from the front that didnt come off in the wash. I had a full load on a recent trip and knew it needed attention, and only after I was already back home did I realize the back had not been cleaned-ended up going to a nearby self wash and spending almost $10 to vaccuum it myself. I still like Splash N Dash, but havent been back yet, still a little hurt.

Do not take your car to this car was if it is a busy day for car washing. The will cut corners and not due the job you pay them for. I have been taking my truck here about a year. Because it was really busy they cut corners and did not finish the job. They did not even clean the floor mats even though I paid for a supper wash! When I complained they told me too bad! I had a repeat customer program card only needing one more car wash for a free one and I just gave it back. They basically we just ripping me off and I’m going to do business with them and I don’t recommend anyone else use them!

I checked in at 12:30 with 2 cars for the $30.00 wash each. Checked out at 1:45. When I pulled in, I told them the one car had been sitting and not to turn it off or it would die. Yep, you guessed it! And then I watched at least a dozen cars that came after us left long before we did. And yes several of them had the full service treatment, too. My schedule is totally screwed. I havent been here since it was a Texaco and I am not impressed by the new owners. Normally I believe in paying for services rendered but they cost me so much time I think I deserve a partial refund.

Came here for the first time yesterday 6/9/16. I paid a lot of money to have my truck shampoo on inside and detailed and wash and hand wax the outside. Took them just a bit over 2 hrs. That didnt bother me. What really bothered me is I paid 120.00 and I really thought a better job would have been done. When I got home I noticed there was water spots on the truck and still had wax in quite a few spots wheels are still dirty ect ect. I really thought for that amount of money a better job would have been done. Very disappointed. And an expensive lesson learned.

I brought my car in for a $29.99 detail. I have brought my car here many times before especially when there was dog hair on back trunk of mini Cooper. They were kind enough to clean as much as they could. Now business has been under new management couple of weeks go and I was told they cant get dog hair out unless I get full detail which is over $100. I spoke with manager and he informed me that I need to pay more to get better clean. I have to go and take my car to another car wash and do it myself. I will not be returning to this business.

Fantastic service. Took my car there for a full detail today. They were willing to give me a bit of a discount since I was also getting other services. Car took a bit longer than I would have wanted but considering that they get super busy in the hours leading up to when I was supposed to pick up it isnt the end of the world. I left very satisfied. I am definitely coming back for the full detail/cleaning again, compared to other places Ive been its a bargain.

Used to be a great place to bring your car but since they have new management theres one particular girl manager I think that yells and employees doesnt give him the time to do the money that you pay them to do to wash your car makes them Rush theyve actually forgotten to put tire shine on one of my tires twice now that Ive went there and I usually spend about $60 a week on two cars

I have my vehicle washed at Splash n Dash at least three times a month. They understand the importance of getting the job done right with the upmost attention to detail. The employees are friendly and professional.... I leave feeling like my patronage is appreciated every time!!! I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good place to have their vehicle cleaned!
