Bait and switch advertising. Clearly says on a sign out from "Buy any wash at regular price and get the next 30 days free". I asked about this promotion when I got the first car wash, and the employee confirmed I would get 30 days free and even took my license plate. When I returned with the receipt a few days later, the assistant manager explained that the employee did it wrong and I would not receive any washes without paying. The assistant manager was not polite about it and just kept saying that the sign was misleading. I agreed and said it was false advertising, but the assistant manager wasnt willing to budge. Very disappointing. Hard to be loyal to a place like this with so many options nearby.

I will not be back to this location. I over heard management yelling at an employee for not getting people to purchase $10+ car washes, she was crying... they threatened to fire here. SOOOO unprofessional. I know someone who used to work there and they said management has a stick up their a** and fires people often if they dont con people into paying extra for a wash. Most people who go to cheap places like cascade arent looking to pay more than the basic. If I wanted to pay $15 for a wash Id go to a place that would vacuum and wash my windows...

Best wash ever, I got almost every day and my truck is the shiniest of my work and my apartment complex I do recommend to get the 29.99 monthly pass, and get the hot wax once a month but the do have a 19.99 pass too if you dont mind cleaning your own wheels, the staff is very friendly and the got free vacuums, towels and glass cleaner, only bad thing but not enough to take a star is that people use many towels and sometimes you cant find one for you

I had one car cash car, bought another, and they were able to switch over my monthly pass without a problem. I pay $15 for the month so I get my money worth I go at least twice a week. I clean my own tires & they always have towels so all I need is the basic wash gets the job done every time

The best car wash in the area. Quick and convenient, Very good deals. The monthly pass is a bonus. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is always nice and neat. Want to get in and out in a jiffy? The bay workers are fast and do a great job.. This place is Grad A..

My windshield was chipped going through this car wash. They refuse to take responsibility for the damage. I am very disappointed and will not use this car wash again.

like the location and the towels to dry off. go there often enough that the constant attempts to up-sell a service does get a little old.
