been going to car washes for years. never have i seen such unprofessional employees. while going thru the carwash the equipment completely ripped off one of my outside mirrors and took it completely out. manager just smiled and said read the sign, we are not responsible for damage. i will never return and if you want your car in tact you might want to visit another place. i suggest maybe a touch free car wash. this place is horrible. did not wash windows properly inside, and did a terrible job on vacuuming the inside. nothing but a bunch of thugs and thieves. the telephone number on their website does not even work. probably because of their business practices and screwing over the customer.

I have been taking my truck here for several months with excellent and trouble free visits. As with any place things can happen. The real test of customer service is how they handle things when something goes wrong. A new employee caused a minor mishap one day and right from the moment I notified them about it everything has been handled with excellence. There was no dodging it or trying to deny they did the damage like I have read happen at many car washes. From the very start they owned it and Calvin, the general manager has gone out of his way to make sure my problem was taken care of to my satisfaction. They won me with great washes at a reasonable price. They kept me by taking care of business.

I live in Dallas and was visiting family in the area when I swung in. I got it washed and for $25 and it was supposed to be full service, vacuum, windows, fragrance, tires shine, dash, cup holders, towel dry....the works! I got half way down the road and found they missed a lot. The next day, I took the car back in with my receipt and they were more than happy to redo everything! The car looks great! The best wash Ive ever had. For the price and the service its a great buy if you dont mind the wait. Double check your car before you drive away...

My car was a total mess when I brought my car to them, it had vomit in it from the night before, the staff were really friendly about the whole ordeal and I will be a return customer just for that. car looks great and smells great, you cant tell that someone threw up all inside the car anymore, and I am telling you it was bad. I feel like an ahole bringing it to them in that condition, but I took care of them for sure, would have cleaned it out myself if I wasnt in such a time constraint

Take my rating with a grain of salt. I have never had my car detailed before. I got the option D, which is the 2nd most expensive package. It took a little more than an hour and a half for my carwash and detail. My car looks brand new (it was not great before) I am thoroughly impressed and will be returning (for the lower packages) assuming I can keep to my resolution and not totally trash my car. The staff was friendly, I recommend talking something to read/do while you are waiting.

Great staff and service! My car suffered from bird poop because I kept parking under a power line at work and I hadnt really done anything about it for a few months. They ran my car twice through the wash because it didnt get rid of all of the poop and didnt charge me twice. How nice of them! I got the interior cleaned too and they were able to take a dried up gummy candy out of one of my containers. That was also sitting there for a few months! I highly recommend this place!

I had a great experience. I went there on 3/1/11. It is a little different from other car wash systems. Everyone is very friendly and want to make sure you are happy when you leave. They missed a little area in my cars trunck, but fixed it promptly. I am very satisfied. Hopefully they will have their snack and refreshment area up soon - especially with summer around the corner. My car looks cleaner than ever before and smells wonderful! Thanks to all that helped me out.

Horrible!!! Could not get them to clean the truck as described by the cahier/attendant. They threatened to call the police because I would not leave until they finished cleaning. I told them I would like them to call, so naturally they didnt. Finally had to take towel from BBMF to finish wiping dirt and bugs off by myself. They never did wipe the front or back windshields or the steps. Unbelievable!!

. I literally live with my car looking just the way you did when I got there. It was maybe a little shiny but just as dirty as before. I paid extra to have my tires done and when I made it home and look at my tires they were ridiculously dirty. My car was hair washed and dried. I also gave a generous tip to the young man! Their service is unacceptable! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

I do not recommend. Been there a couple of times thinking maybe next time will be better. Nope. All out of chances not going back. Trunk wasnt vacuumed. Drink holders front and rear not wiped down. Film over front windshield was horrible in the sun. Im mean streaks all over. Not happy to pay $25 and $5 tip for what I received :(

I am extremely disappointed, my car is half clean. The top of my car is literally cleaned on one side and not the other....I paid for full service and they didnt even clean the cup holders. The outside has smears all over and my dashboard has smudges where they hastily "cleaned." AWFUL

Stopped by on Jan 24th for a quick $6.00 wash to knock the mud off. Was charged $60.00. When I caught it in my CC bill I went back to have it fixed. The Manager told me he had to have it approved by the owner who would call me. That was 2 days ago & no call. I WILL HAVE MY $54.00 BACK.

Been here a few times they do a decent job for the price. I have had missing hub caps" twice going through this car wash & were never "recovered". A good friend was missing his ipod but did not notice until a day later. beware of your belongings if you decide to take your vehicle.

Great service with multiple packages to suit your needs. With young kids the interior get trashed at times with smashed cheerios, etc. The do a great job of restoring the interior. Friendly service is a big plus. Its a family owned business which is nice as well.

This is a great car wash and they are usually running a special. They have three different levels for exterior wash so you can really control your costs. The icing is they are a "greener" car wash because the use less water and environmentally friendly products.

Got the stain out of my seat but really didnt do a great job other than that. Still grass in the floor board and dust on the dash. Also used a razor blade on the inside of my window and scratched the tent pretty bad. Id definitely go somewhere else.
