Sadly this place has changed, they still do a great job of washing your car, probably one of the best in the area, but the vacuums are no longer as powerful. They no longer scrub your car, but they do spray it down, which helps the trunk/hatch area of your car come out clean. Tire shine application is inconsistent, and you end up with a mixture of soap and tire shine. My car still comes out looking great, they still provide towels to dry off the remaining water. Attendants are still friendly, and this place still gets my business, but its changed and is no longer the same. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Normally I dont write reviews. But this place is pretty dang sweet. Strong free vacuums. I like that each car space has its OWN vacuum. They actually SCRUB your car before you go through the wash, and they do a great job. Most importantly, your car is actually clean when it comes out of the wash. Just be sure to dry out your doorjambs and such with a towel. The location is really cool, the building is made out of glass so you can see the equipment inside doing its job. The pulley system is a belt instead of the rail, so you dont have to worry about tire damage. My car ended up looking like the day I drove it off the lot. I paid $12 bucks for the Deluxe wash, and it was worth every penny. They are more expensive than other washes such as Jerrys Best, but they do such a better job.

You dont expect to go to a car wash and have your car come out in worse shape than it went in. I wish I would have just skipped a wash today. Dirt is easier to fix than scratches. The left lane to the carwash entrance is extremely narrow and there is a large sign that is barely off the curb. My rear view mirror was scratched up pretty badly and as evident by the countless skid marks and dents present down the side of the sign, I was by no means the first. This place has awful customer service. I tried to talk to the attendant to explain the problem so that they could fix it and protect future customers. He became extremely defensive, talking loudly, throwing his hands all around, and told me I was the first. When I showed him the amount of skid marks and dents down the side of sign he became angrier. When we got back to my car he turned his sprayer back on while he countinued to question my driving (I am a woman yes, but I grew up on a farm and have been trucking and trailering since youth with no mishaps). He then aimed the sprayer toward me and gave me a nice cool off, which I am sure I needed at this point, but gosh! I guess he was done discussing the issue I hopped back in my car...I wont be going there again, geez. People these days.

the good: wash was speedy and did about as well as you would expect from an automated wash. The dryer for the car did a great job as well considering how quickly you move through it. They also have towels (rags) to wipe or whatever excess is left on your car. The bad: I paid extra for "wheel shine" and I ended up having to scrub the wheels myself after the wash (its mainly just a mom car, its not like I go off roading). The ugly: the vacuums. Youd have better luck using a roll of duct tape to pick up crumbs than to use the vacuums. I have a child and pets, and these vacuums struggled to pick up a blade of grass that was in the floor mat (seriously not exaggerating). I walked the entire row trying to find a set with better suction but my efforts were for not. I saw in a review from 6 months ago where Fenders responded saying they were replacing the vacuums.. maybe its time to swap them out again?

Fenders Express Carwash does not have the protective track that prevents your vehicle from moving left to right. If I had known this before entering I would never have gone. My car was damaged and I was told it would be fixed. I contacted Fenders multiple times about repairs and was told they would take care of it. They never contacted me about repairs even after multiple calls. If this ever happens to you make sure to file an insurance claim immediately and get something from Fenders writing. Just remember the response you will get when your vehicle is damaged by Fenders Express Carwash. This response below is a great example of what you will have to deal with! Thanks for the great example for everyone to see. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Fast wash for a reasonable price. They do a great job of scrubbing down the car before running you through the wash and there are always enough vacuums available. I really appreciate that there are dedicated vacuums to each side of the car and the job they do scrubbing down the cars. The only negative I have is that the spinning brushes have a tendency to bend my front license plate, but thats not really their issue as much as it is the fact that my car doesnt have a way to put more than two screws in the plate. Overall great wash and good service.

I have been using fenders car wash since the 1st day I moved to Keller about a year ago . Signed up for there monthly unlimited wash program . I unfortunately crashed my car and forgot to cancel my membership. When I called up there after I been charged a month not only where they helpful and putting my account on hold . But also gave me 2 25$ gift cards to help with any trouble since I went a whole month without using the car wash. They went over and above you will not regret spending your hard earned money here they will take care of you

Wow. Rather throw my money in a blender. First of all the man working the front of the car wash starts scrubbing my car. Im looking at the sign which TELLS me to putt car in nutral. He decides he doesnt want me in nutral and smacks my BRAND new Nissan rouge as hard as he can 4 times with his wedding ring on. NO!!! My car is stil filthy after going through the was and the vacuums do not work!!! Everyone is here fighting with them and scrubbing their floors. So wasted my time and money. Ill be going other places.

Tried to cancel the monthly car wash subscription. Most of the time when you call it goes straight to voicemail, and no message is ever returned. Every now and then someone will answer, but they always say only the owner can cancel or refund, and he is never available and never once returned my calls for over a month. Never received a refund they promised they had entered, had to do a credit card dispute to get money back. Dont trust them, very poorly run and managed.

Have taken our Nissan Armada and C5 Corvette to Fenders many times since opening, always comes out fully clean, doesnt miss a spot. Free vacuums are nice, but could be a bit more powerful. Like that they pre-scrub and soak the front and rear before entering..everyone should always tip those guys! Great value for $6 Basic wash. Love the belt drive system instead of rails, which jacked up the bottom of my Corvette on one of those once, never again. Love me some Fenders!
