I actually give them less than 1 star! Yesterday(Monday 2-27-17) I took my car to Genie Car Wash in Waco Texas and paid $31 for "The Works." It was supposed to include everything they do in the best car wash and shoot air between and under the seats to spray out the dirt that builds up from off your shoes and any french fries that gets dropped. Guess what THEY DIDNT DO THAT! They wiped rain X on the interior before cleaning it and left it oily. When I wiped it with a clean-ex it was dirty. It would not pass a white glove inspection. While they was drying the outside of of my car they ran the battery down and then treated me like crap telling me that my cars battery is bad (the car is not even 2 years old yet and had only 10 miles on the odometer when I drove off the car lot). Then they had some young man check my cables to make sure they were not loose and he wiggled the cables and everything else under the hood that did not have anything to do with the battery. They offered to jump start the car but after all that I witnessed and they crappy way they treated me I told them they did not have sense enough to jump start a car and I will not allow them to fry the computer board in my car. I called roadside assist who called pop a lock and got my car running. Pop a lock said the battery did not show bad but it was low. Duh the morons at Genie Car Wash ran it down!! AND they did not even offer to return my money! Not even a gift card for future washes. I will never go back to them.

This was the worst experience I have had at a car wash in my life. They did not wipe any part of my truck, so I asked them to at least wipe down the dash, when doing so they broke the dash of my truck. When speaking to the owner I was verbally assaulted to the point that I had to fill out a police report. He refused to help pay for a new dash, even when his employees said that they had broken the dash. He threatened me, and kicked me off of the lot because he did not want the other customers to hear what truly happened. I am contacting the better business bureau and filing a civil suit. I would suggest taking your vehicle somewhere else.

My wife took in our car to get cleaned and for the price that I payed I feel that the person drying off the vehicle would take a little more time on making sure that all the dust and particles are removed...I dont mind paying a higher rate, but when I dont receive the service that Im in titled it becomes an issue. I would ask that management follow up with your employees and ask that they not do their job half ASS.

I take my car here every few weeks for the Better Wash. They Armor-All and vacuum the inside, and wash and dry the outside, including the tires. My car always come out beautifully. The employees are always friendly and helpful. If you go on the weekend, you will probably have to wait awhile, sometimes over an hour, but its worth it to me. They do such a good job. I highly recommend this car wash.

Took our car in today. Busy place on Saturday afternoon. Three cars in front of us in the lane. Watched the car go through the tunnel. The dry off area is a little small causing congestion and unnecessary car movement. A great value for the price. We will return. Check out the online coupons.

Poor on this visit...been there many times before....no issue.. This trip..Truck jumped track..and was told front end out of my alignment...not the case Paid for best for wash...did not treat vinyl inside of truck.. I was told it had been. Poor work ...was last visit..to this business.

only get the basic 6 dollar wash, so i cant speak to other services. but, its the best basic wash around. gets the whole car clean, and the guys at the end of automatic wash dry off the mirrors and other common trouble spots where soapy water likes to linger and leave spots

Although they did a decent job on the car wash, they did manage to steal about $5 worth of change from my car which I keep in there to pay for tolls and metered parking. So if you decide to go there, make sure you empty your car of all valuable possessions.

They missed a few spots and didnt vacuum the trunk, but overall they did a pretty solid job and the price was very reasonable. They also offer lots of detailing services that I am probably going to take advantage of in future.

I had to bring my 4Runner back to them because they missed some spots on the bottom passenger side. The white guy with the goatee tried to give an attitude but the black guy fixed the problem.

Took over an hour...didnt clean my car very well...bunch of people walking around doing nothing....didnt Armor all anything...didnt clean tires....worst car wash EVER!!!

This is there idea of washing a car. When I asked to speak with a manager he said thats as good as it gets. What a scam do waste your time or money here.

Very thorough work. My car was sparkling clean when I left car genie. I bit more than I would usually pay for a car wash but it was worth it!!!
