If i could give a tip of a star I would.ATTITUDE I have been a loyal customer since you opened always did the top of line wash even when it moved from 29.99 to 39.99. But today I was told I no longer have an account with them to which I replied yes I do and the woman said all accounts have been canceled and no one had been charged you were due three days ago. They had changed their prices from $39.99 back to $29.99 and if I wanted my tires done it would be $3 extra each time, and they no longer would towel dry my car "so which one do you want?" Mind you I had waited patiently been passed up twice once by the brunette then by the blonde. There use to be some very polite young men and ladies working in the booth today all I felt was give me your money and move on old woman. What did you do with the old crew who cared and smiled at and with all customers ATTITUDE can make you or BREAK you!! I was very disappointed today.

I wish I could get my car washed without being harassed by glass repair people. Every time I come, they explain how they must repair my window right now because of a little spot (that is still invisible to me) that theyve repaired 6 times before it causes my windshield to spontaneously shatter into a million pieces. They followed my car through the line today and told me over and over that they needed to see my insurance after I repeatedly told them I wasnt interested. They will not leave until I dig through my stuff, give them my insurance card, they call the insurance, then Im supposed to blindly file a claim for a mark that I cant even see. Theyre so aggressive that I usually just keep driving and skip getting a car wash if I see them here.

My strip came off my car in the car wash and when I noticed it I called the only number they have listed ( a 800 number) left a message, no one has called me back. I went up there a few days later once I was off while it was open and they said they saw it but dont know where its at. They gave me a card to call the manager ( same 800 number) once again no answer. I went back a few days ago to see if the manager was in and the man I talked to was very rude saying hes in a meeting and Id have to come back because he wasnt there when they moved my strip to my car and he dont know where itd be and then he walked off. I called again and still have yet to get a call back about the part that came off in their car wash!!

The car wash is identical to most other car washes with the "drive thru" style cloth car washes. The issue with Baird Brothers comes when you sign up for one of their monthly plans. I called no less than 5 times over the course of 2 weeks, and left a detailed voice-mail with each call describing that I needed to be removed from the plan, and to contact me. I then went to the office twice and was unable to find anyone to help me. Long story short, I had to contact my bank and make sure no more charges went through to them, which cost me another 15 dollars. I have family members who have had very similar situations. Please be cautious.

Surg Rises

This is a great drive thru car wash, that offers cleaning from roof to tires. You have an option between a few different washes that vary from a simple water only clean to wax and tire shine. The only thing I would like to see offered is a towel dry for ultimate wash users, since the blowers leave a fair amount of water on the vehicle. The free vacuums are hit and miss when it comes to their suction power, especially when most or all of them are in use by others. While the wash is quick, sometimes the line is long getting in, due to the popularity of this great car wash!

As Ive been sitting in line for 15 mins waiting for them to open up BOTH lanes. The manager and girl at the front just keep wondering around the property. As of now i am sandwiched between cars with no where to go. Being the second person in line and still havent been waited on. Every time I come here its something. The vaccums dont work properly. Now that I am at the window, instead of "hi welcome to the car wash" I get. Youre going to have to give me a second. I Will take my money somewhere else next time. This is ridiculous. .

This place was awesome now they dont give a crap half their vacuums didnt work they run you car through the wash as fast as they can they stopped honoring a+ in the middle of the year saying they removed all discount buttons ...WOW !! And not a good one ....garbage !!! Go somewhere else going down hill

Awful. The vacuums never work well. I dont think they empty the vacuum and so the suction is terrible. And half the time the wash is down. I have an unlimited membership but its such a waste because half the time I cant even use it.

Do you want your car washed or cleaned? This is a car wash. So, despite the guy with mop up front or the guy with the towel at the end, my car is not clean. Like 20 bugs on the front not clean. Dust is gone, though. So theres that.

A great place for a quick car wash and a vacuum for $7. Heres an important tip, washing your car at a minimum 2 times a month (each pay day) makes to value great. 4 star because you have to vacuum your own car.
