Ive always just had the basic wash done to my car and Im always happy with the outcome. Today I decided to go ahead and have the interior cleaned as well, mostly because of an injury that makes cleaning and vacuuming out my car difficult. I bought the super interior too, just to make sure it was all covered. Im kind of disappointed in the interior work. I would have gladly paid more if it meant my car was completely clean, but it isnt. Ive had to finish wiping out my cup holders and dash. There were whole Cheerios that could have easily been vacuumed up that I now have to drag out a shop vac for. I just feel like it was rushed and the job wasnt completed. My windows are mostly clean, which is about the only part Im mostly satisfied with (they arent completely clean). I also wish they would have actually vacuumed under the floor mats. I wont be back to have my interior cleaned again unfortunately. Im not usually one to complain or write reviews, but I feel like I just wasted my time and money.

Hi there.. I am new in town and using a friends car. The car needed a wash and so I googled it up.. Green Lantern popped up. I went over round about noon yesterday. The drive through person was polite and explained clearly. I picked my choice of wash and paid cash for it. The change was returned. I put it all in my wallet without checking. The process started and the wash was satisfactory. When I got back home in the evening, I realized that I was short changed for 20 dollars. I was upset and thought it shouldnt have happened. Anyway I went back with the receipt this afternoon and explained the situation to the manager on duty. She told me to take a seat while she checked. Moments later she came back and returned the 20 dollars and apologized for the slip up. I was overwhelmed by the honesty and integrity. A BIG thank You to Green Lantern. May your establishment prosper and shine even more.. :) , ;)

I really cant speak for the interior service considering my cars interior was extremely clean to begin with as the car was only 4 weeks old and this was its first wash, although I had it done. That being said, their exterior wash destroyed my clear coat. The entire car was covered in those wonderful spiderweb thin scratches, and on 2 areas (trunk and passenger side door near the mirror) it looked like someone had lightly taken a small rotary sanding device to it. On top of that, the drying process was vastly incomplete and left grungy streaks in a number of places (front, both sides, trunk deck, and rear). Resolution with the management was non-existent, and left me furious. If you want a car wash that will destroy your clear coat, I highly recommend the experience.

I use the east side car exclusively. Overall, Im usually pleased with the service. I get the super-super, which includes vacuuming and cleaning the interior. The only two complaints I have are that a little extra effort could be taken to clean the console area/cupholders. Also - and this is a MAJOR gripe of mine - the drivers seat, rear view mirror, and side mirrors are all reset into different positions than when I first entered. The seat I can somewhat understand, but really?...the mirrors? All they do is have to drive the car a few feet...forward. So why does that necessitate having to adjust all mirrors? (Oh... sometimes the steering wheel gets readjusted, too.) Otherwise, Id have given 5 stars.

I have a flatbed truck, so they wouldnt do the exterior, so I decided to have the interior cleaned. I have a five year old not too bad in the back but sticky cup holders and crumbs on the seat. They did not bother to touch those, didnt sweep up crumbs. I paid extra for armorall on the dash, it is streaky and still dusty from dirt roads! They didnt bother washing the windshield on the inside or outside!! I could have spent 50 cents at the the car wash for the vac and done a better job instead of $14! I told them they needed to do a better job, they said i could pay another $10 and go thru again that would be a great deal. Could someone please recommend a better place in Wichita or Andover??!!

Each time I come here which is weekly, I purchase the ultimate was. I have to go through this wash twice every time I come to this location The guys that do the presoak dont care and miss most of the front end of my car. The west location isnt like this and neither is Zips. I will not come here again and do this. It takes a lot of time to do this twice. Plus when you go the second time the guys doing presoak get mad and dont hardly spray the car. Management does NOTHING about the problem. Dont waste you time or money with this place.

Took my pickup in this morning for "the Works" wash. Extremely disappointed with both the exterior wash and the quality of the cleaning on the inside. The truck is new and has only about 1,200 miles on it. Bug splatter left on the grill and outside mirrors. The sides of the truck were not clean nor were the bumpers. Running boards were not wiped down. The interior was given a minimal wipe-down and vacuum. Had to come home and finish the job they failed to do. This will be my last visit to Green lantern at 21st & Maize.

Expensive and useless. Got "The Works" and it cleaned the dust off the outside of the car, but we ran it through twice and I could have done a better job if I would have stayed at home with a soapy bucket of water. Had to have them clean the inside twice as well, the first time about all they did was vacuum the top of the mats. One of the workers also scratched the inside of the passenger window. We filled out an incident report, but they told us "theres an 80% chance theyll deny it and send it back" within the week.

Great car wash overall and a very pleasant and courteous staff. My one and only complaint is with the QwickPass terminal being set too far back. One has to literally have the reach of a NBA power forward to comfortably get to the touchscreen without looking like a total klutz while doing so. Im a hair over 6 and Im always rubbing my tires on the curb in order to reach the thing... and it goes without saying that front end alignments and scuffed sidewalls can get pretty doggone expensive!

Went to get inside and outside wash done on my car today. I got a super on the outside and a super on the inside. After my car was done I got in the car and the only thing that was wiped down was the front dash. No vacuuming was done what so ever. The back window was not touched. They tried to wipe the cup holders but only succeeded in leaving copious amounts of cleaning solution mixed with dirt in the bottom. I am very disappointed in the effort that was produced by these workers.

They do a great job on the outside of my car everytime i go it comes out beautiful. On the inside it is ok, doable i guess for not having to do it myself, i have a third row and i dont think they even touch that part any time i have went even though i have asked if they clean that area and they telk me yes. Wish they paid a little more attention to the inside. Other wise pretty good over all.
