Horrible cleaning! Bad attitudes. When Mr. Clean first opened, they did very good work. Now, not-so-much. I paid the extra for the interior of my small SUV to be detailed. There were 3 bays of guys that do this work; one had a car in it and two were available. So I started pulling into the first available bay, which had 3 people standing in it. An older man working in the bay looked over my car, and since its older, waived me into the next empty bay in which only one man was working. Then I watched the same old man waive a newer Audi convertible into his bay and all 3 workers (including the old man) went to work detailing the car. They had it done in about 10 minutes. Then they waived a Mercedes sedan into their bay and had it detailed in no time! And now they were standing around doing nothing! Meanwhile, the ONE man detailing my SUV was barely halfway done. So I went to the cashier and asked her why I had watched 2 cars that had been washed after mine get completely detailed and leave. She said she would tell the Manager and he would come talk to me, and went to a back office. The Manager went out a back door and talked to the 3 workers standing around, who went to my vehicle and started WIPING THE HEADLIGHTS! The interior detailing needed to be completed, but these people were wiping down the exterior. And the Manager NEVER came and talked to me, nor did anyone apologize for the way these workers had treated me. Poor attitude starts at the top; the Manager has a bad attitude towards Customers and so do his employees. The exception being the Cashier, who is very friendly - until you have a problem. If you have a newer expensive car, youll probably get great service. As for me, they have permanently lost a customer. Mr. Carwash across the freeway may not be as fancy, but at least they treat everyone the same.

I went here to take my, admittedly, filthy car to have it completely cleaned. Ive been to another full service place in Austin and after spending well over one hundred dollars left very disappointed and had quit using such services for years. Well, some well placed "wash me" signs and recent long journeys convinced me I should pamper my car and thought I would give this place a try. I liked the varied options. Roughly thirty five bucks to have my interior cleaned too sounded ideal. I bought my car from a used car dealership who emblazoned that fact on the back of my car so I asked how much to clay bar it off. The attendant asked the manager who confirmed thats all I needed, I said yes, he said no problem - hell take care of it. Brilliant! Love this place already. So Im going through the car wash and I decide to have my seats cleaned, add it at the cashier. Car comes back looking amazing! Ill say that the attendant asked me if I wanted to have them shine the inside for six dollars more - which i agreed to. In hindsight I would ask them to do everything but the steering wheel. It was kind of sticky as the armor all (?) hadnt dried yet. Will absolutely go back and restored my faith in the full service industry.

I needed a full detail, including a good seat shampooing and exterior wash. I came to Mr. Clean, and I was greeted by the most friendly, hard-working staff. Everyone was very nice and courteous which impressed me quite a bit. I had to wait about an hour, which I was happy to do, seeing how hard they were working on my car. When they were finished, I tipped them, got inside my car (which was immaculate) and began to drive off. Unfortunately, I noticed some small scratches/marks on my rear view mirror (unsure of how they managed this) so I went inside to tell someone. Within minutes, a manager was filling out a damage report, while still maintaining great customer service. I was told I would get a call from the GM in a couple of days. As promised, I heard from Jim today. He politely asked me to stop by so he could evaluate the damage. Despite the damage done to my mirror, I would recommend this business as one of the BEST car detailing places in Austin. Accidents happen, and I have no doubt they’ll make it right. These people are hard working professionals who show great integrity and pride in their service. Will update after stopping by this afternoon.

I registered to try out UBER so I needed to clean my ride first. I visited this car wash on 3/15 and they were steady, not packed or overwhelmed. I purchased the $28.00 package because if you want results, you should be expected to pay the price, and when I was waived over to pick up my ride I knew right then and there it was a waste of money. There was dirt on every panel, grime on the wheels, hair and crumbs and trash, including an entire granola bar wrapper on the carpet (hard to miss right?), and dirt and water on the glass.. The center console was as dirty as when I brought it in. I had to grab a towel and do the work myself for an additional 15 minutes just to get it close to passable. I asked for a manager, and I finally got one, while the finisher guy leaned against my tail light and gave me the biggest FU eyes ever.. The manger said he would "remember me next time" if I came back, not sure what that implied... In short, GO ELSEWHERE ! There are better options for getting your ride clean. Mr. Clean is Mr. Crap...

I lOVED getting my car washed at Mr. Clean Car Wash. My husband and I went on a road trip for the Eclipse with our two dogs, and, unfortunately, one had an accident in one of the seats. I called around and they were the absolute best priced for taking care of it - $25! I was blown away as I had just called Karma Car Wash across the street, where they were going to charge me a $200 surcharge on top of the cleaning fee. The staff is friendly, fun, and professional. I had a great time chatting with Cathy, the receptionist, as I waited for my car to be done. She made sure my car was perfect before I took it home, and even caught something that was missed during the cleaning. Reasonable prices, great staff, and fantastic quality - I highly recommend Mr. Clean over anyone in the area.

The worst car wash experience for me ever. Took my car in to get a Signature Shine ($28). Asked the 2 guys doing the interior to vacuum well. They were done in less than 10 minutes. The first thing I noticed there are 2 tar globs on the hood. They wiped it off right away as asked. Then I looked at the inside. Not only they did a half ass job vacuuming they didnt even wipe down the dash or the instrument panel. I asked them to vacuum again. Reluctantly they did for 2 minutes and removed some dog hair but the interior looked like a mess. I wanted to call the supervisor but then decided not to. I will simply never go there again.
