I went to Carisma on Sunday July 10, 2016, I got the complete detail package for $150. I decided to leave my car for the service to be done (against my better judgment). Two hours later I was called to say my car was done. Once I arrived I immediately noticed my wheels were not cleaned nor were the tires dressed with armored all. I had the technician who detailed vehicle to clean the wheels. (still wasnt done to my satisfaction. (Technicain stated that most of the employees do not like to do the complete detail service because they dont get tipped because of how much service cost. If service was done up to par tipping would not be an issue. Please note I tipped the employee, not as much if the service had been top notched.) I inspected inside my car and noticed the mats were not shampooed. (the assistant manager did take mats to be cleaned). After that ordeal. I noticed the vehicle was not washed very well still had dirt marks on roof, hood, spoiler and trunk. I am guessing that they waxed right over the dirt if the vehicle was waxed at all. I brought this to the assistant manager attention and he apologized and gave me a card stating at my next visit I would get a car wash and interior detail. I should have gotten a complete detail free of charge at my next visit ( the only reason why I would visit again is to get the free service that was promise.) I definitely will not leave my vehicle while service is being performed. I have been told that there are certain individuals at this location who do an outstanding job as it pertains to cleaning your vehicle, when I return for the free service, I will definitely ask for one of them to detail my vehicle. If you take your vehicle to Carisma do not leave it, stay at the location so you may ensure what you are paying for gets done. As of today I am giving the location one star because the assistant manager did try to correct the problem. One suggestion I will make is that your car wash needs to invest in a Quality control system where the cars are inspected by a manager or senior technician prior to handing over to the customer, this is how several carwashes I have visited in San Antonio operates.

I went to the one on Staples and they only get 3 stars because the manager and guy that worked on my car were so nice. I spent 3 hours there and first thing I told them was I wanted everything done. I wanted shampoo for sure and hand wax. First the lady at the front never could find a ticket for my car, then when my car was done after 2 hours the only thing done was a basic wash and vacuum of the interior. I again spoke to the lady and asked for a shampoo since everything Id asked for didnt get done and she just told me she needed to take care of customers and was super rude...(thought I was one). I talked to a manager who agreed to get someone to shampoo the interior...(which was my main reason for going since a friend threw up in it.) After that was done and I left, I got home and looked in the back to see that there was still puke on the back floor and mat and my cup holders werent even cleaned out. I spent another 30 minutes cleaning inside my car when I got home and was able to get the vomit off the carpet with just a wet towel so I know they couldve gotten it was the shampoo. The guys were nice and I tipped very well but I definitely wont go back.

DO NOT GO THERE. 1) DID NOT CHANGE MY MILEAGE RESET ON MY MERCEDES WHEN THEY SAID THEY COULD BEFORE I TOOK IT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. 2) I DISCOVERED THAT THEY HAD NOT DONE THIS ON MY OWN AND BROUGHT THIS UP TO THEIR ATTENTION WHEN I RETURNED DUE TO A RAIN CHECK. 3) WHEN THEY WASHED MY VEHICLE THEY DID NOT SHINE MY TIRES AND THEY STARTED TO TELL ME THAT A RAIN CHECK USUALLY DOES NOT GET THIS, BECAUSE I HAD A RAIN CHECK. I BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION THAT I PAID FOR A PREMIUM CAR WASH ($200.00+) THAT I NEVER RECEIVED, THEREFORE WAS DUE FOR THEM TO SHINE MY TIRES! 4) AFTER THEY SHINED MY TIRES NO ONE CAME TO GIVE MY MY KEYS AND I WAITED AND WAITED AND ASKED THE CASHIER, ARE MY VEHICLES LIGHTS ON? AND WHY HAS NO ONE COME TO GIVE ME THE KEYS, OR IS SOMEONE WORKING ON MY VEHICLE? I WAITED AND WAITED........WAS THERE 2.5 HOURS SAW PEOPLE GONE AND COME.........SO DONT GO THERE......EVERYONE THERE Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

Called ahead to get a quote when we got here were told it would be two hours...so we waited .when the job was done the price had changed from 55 to 180 when we complained the manager took 25 dollars off so when we started looking at the vehicle it was filthy door jams grill windows all should of been done at first. We asked the assist manager to correct those items since we were paying for a detail" instead of a hand wash we wanted it to look detailed. So as quick as they could zip, zip, zip but nothing was actually cleaned. So we asked to talk to the manager and after a little bit of hassle the manager came out and looked at the vehicalinstead of giving us the discount he held us longer and hollered at his employees. Then the manager starts telling us "next time you come Ill get that road tar off" well should that have happened right now? Sorry for the bad news buddy were never coming back. Not even to redeem the rain check if it rains tonight

Worst auto detail ever couldve easily done a better job in half the time they say the clean every crease not in my case more like none paid 100 dollars for just the inside detail their were some spots everywhere were I easily removed afterwards and the carpet was soaking wet when I brought it to their attention they said I can get you a car seat i dont want a car seat i want you to vacuum it correctly! let it air out at home for several hours now my SUV smells like a wet dog never again to this place dont waste your hard earned money for a half ass job that leaves your vehicle in worst condition than it is!

Please do not go here. They need to go out of business to learn a lesson. I have never had an oil change and tire pressure wasnt checked. Even though it was marked as checked my truck still gave me a low pressure warning, at 43 PSI. They changed my air filter and my truck has 23,000 miles. I seen the old filter and its a good thing I didnt have to pay for anything (company truck), b/c I would have made an incredibly huge scene. There was still dirt on the floor. Stains were still on the seats, after the shampoo. I would have given 0 stars, but it wasnt possible. Obviously, DETAIL is not in there vocabulary.

Before I took my Suburban there I was very skeptical based on the negative reviews but I needed the truck cleaned for a wedding. I was shocked and impressed on how well of a job that was done. I did not expect the amount of detail that was put into the truck. Because I was running late for a wedding rehearsal, I had to cut the worker off early and he apologized for only doing half of the truck. Let me say, the truck looked 10 times better than the Wash Tub Car Washes do where Im from in San Antonio for about the same price for only be halfway done!
