This location is great! Ive had a monthly pass for over a year with them and have been going to this location since. The employees are always friendly, and prompt. I used to work at a car wash so I knew what to look for and I found it here. Theyll spray my car first with a bug spray to soak(prep) for the hand brush theyll use to scrub off any bugs from the highway. Then theyll presoak my car, they use soft touch brushes, excellent polybond protectant, spot free rinse, timed pressure sprays to knock off the light break dust on rims, and a timed tire shine. There has always been one or two guys on the end of the tunnel to towel off my car depending on how busy they are. I get a thumbs up and Im out. The vaccums are free and I appreciate that theyve got signs stating to not play your music loud. Some people have terrible taste in music and I dont want to hear it. By the way to the guy who complained about their car being too dirty, Im glad they turned you away. Its not worth it to them to clean a super dirty grungy car. Theyll have to spend extra time to spray off the soft touch brushes just to accomidate to your mess and everyone else would have to sit there waiting, wondering why they took you in the first place and whats taking so long. This car wash is meant for people who care about their car and bring there car in on a regular basis, not an every few months cheap skate grunge kind of deal.

BEWARE!!! Machine will mess up your car and they wont own up to it but instead will lie. The assistant manager here is rude! I used to go here all the time and this time my car went off the rails in the tire cleaning area and the front of my car was above the rails. Assistant manager says he saw me hit the brakes and then the car was damaged but thats a bold face lie! There was another individual in the car wash power washing the floors when he heard something that caught his attention. Thats when he looked up and saw what was happening. He then point to the assistant manager and THAT was when I went on the brake. Not a second earlier! I had to go on the brakes because I was up in the air and I didnt know what else to do! Now they wont own up to it and even avoid coming out to talk to me for 10 minutes and stared at me through the wash like freakin idiots! Hey, nothing is perfect and the machine can have mechanical issues, but I go to this one and others like this and know the drill, so dont say I went on the brake and caused this when I didnt and you have no proof to back it up! Only cameras are in the front showing the car went in and at the end showing the car exit. You cannot see inside the wash, including the wheel cleaning area, so you had no proof that it was my fault!

I have a monthly unlimited pass to mister car wash. Let me start by saying I have been to a lot of location all over Austin and surrounding areas. By far this is the best location ever. I never have a wait time coming here and everytime my car is completely dry. Other locations either dont have a person drying my car at the end or they treat you unless important cause your not getting the detailed interior and exterior. Just a regular old unlimited pass. I dont need interior cause I take care of my car. I will continue to drive to this location over all others in town. The employees are GREAT!! They recognize you if your a regular there and just zip you though the line real quick. The vacuums are there for your use if you need them. If you come here to this location you wont be disappointed. Youll only be mad when you go to another location that doesnt go a good as job as this Round Rock location. A+++++++

Giving 5 stars for amazing customer service. I tried this carwash for the first time last week. I purchased the highest wash and really enjoyed going through the wash cycles. Unfortunately, while I was going through the dryers my spoiler detached from my 2013 Nissan Rogue. Not sure WHAT happened, or why it happened... but the Managers, Paul and Daniel I worked with were amazing. They let me know that they would replace my spoiler and take care of the full balance for the repairs. They didnt have to do that, but the fact that they wanted to make it right and keep my business really meant a lot. I would recommend this place to anyone. They have fair prices, an awesome car wash, free vacuums and excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning.

I used to frequent this place once a week. I strongly suggest going somewhere else. If your vehicle is slightly muddy, (Im not talking about caked on wads of mud) you will be turned away or have to wait to have a qualified individual determine if your vehicle is too muddy. What is the point of going to a carwash if they cant handle dirty cars? If youre that concerned about the possibility of scratches occuring, invest in better carwash equipment or have the workers do a more thorough job of prewashing. Ridiculous if you ask me that I can still wash my vehicle better for cheaper.

First time here and I was literally just turned away because my car was "too dirty" (Wednesday @ 2:30, 6/8/16). I was advised to go to another car wash first and then bring it back. Sure, Ill go pay someone else to wash my car but no, I will not be back. Yes, my car was somewhat dirty (nothing crazy) but thats why I was there in the first place. Next place I went happily washed my car and thats where I will take my return business.

Great employees. I recognize faces here unlike other car washes I used to go to. Theres a reason they keep their employees... facility is the cleanest I have been to (seriously let your a.c. take in air from the outside, that is half the reason I go through!) They maintain the equipment, I always see a new spinning brush being assembled. Overall the only location I will go to!

Better car wash, drying and vacuums than previous business but a little more expensive. One of the workers broke one of my wipers on accident when drying my car and manager was quick to write up an incident report and get it taken care of. Good customer service.

Dirty chamois caused for a poor wash. Also found my rear wiper upside down. Poor customer service when Icalled called about my experience.
