Paid the 52 dollars to have the interior cleaned, seats shampooed, and to get a car wash. Im getting deployed overseas and wanted my car to in my garage clean. After the car wash portion, I pulled around to have my vehicle detailed. I parked in the bay and sat down outside waiting for my vehicle to be cleaned. Multiple workers passed by my truck and did not touch it for 30 minutes. They would walk over to my vehicle, look in the window to see what I had purchased, and then walked off. There were only two other cars that were getting detailed so its not like it was very busy at that point. There was one individual, who will be called the lazy worker, who was going to other workers who were actively cleaning the interior of other vehicles and he was telling them to hurry up and go over and start on my vehicle. This individual was not in any kind of managerial position, he was just being lazy. He passed by me multiple times and was mumbling obscenities under his breath. I could care less if someone swears but he passed by me a dozen times and each time was a new swear word. Not very professional, and its almost as if he wanted me to look up and acknowledge that he was using a thesaurus for swear words. Finally, he found someone to pawn off his work and called man #2 over and told him to start cleaning my vehicle. They began arguing in front of me about who should clean the vehicle. Seriously, they argued 5 ft in front of me about who was going to clean my vehicle. Finally, the second man began cleaning the vehicle. He was obviously disgruntled about it since he was calling the first guy a lazy SOB. I dont completely blame him. Once my vehicle was "shampooed", the lazy worker came back over and looked inside my vehicle and then called me over and told me I was good to go. I walked over and noticed that there were new brown stains all over my seats. Im not talking about some small spots, they covered my whole seat. I told him that those stains are new and my seats look opposite to what they should look like, CLEAN. At first he told me that those were old stains that just came through after they cleaned the layer of dirt off of it. I wiped my hand on the brown stains and brown liquid came up. I told him that there is no way those are old stains since brown liquid was coming up, AND MY SEATS WERE GRAY WHEN I FIRST CAME IN!! The lazy worker went over and got the manager and the second worker who had actually worked on my seats. The manager explained that if anything had spilled on the seats and had seeped through to the middle, that after time, the stain will be a solid sticky mass inside the seats and when their shampoo reacts with it, it turns brown. The manager and the second worker then did something different to get the new brown stains out. The explanation that the manager gave me made sense and I was satisfied with the cleaning after the fact. I was just angry that the first guy came over and told me that I could go, and then I had to get into an argument about how my seats werent cleaned at all and I had to tell them to do something different to clean them. After they were done with the second cleansing of my seats, the second worker came over and told me I was good to go. I gave him a tip and then asked him what was with the lazy worker since he passed my car multiple times and was not actually working out front, and in the end made him clean my vehicle. The second worker was ecstatic that I had noticed that and asked me to tell the manager what I had just told him. I told the manager what had happened and it appeared he was going to go fire him or reprimand him. I then went back to my truck and noticed that nothing had been wiped down inside. So, great car wash, really had to fight to get my seats cleaned, nothing else cleaned inside. I wasnt going to go and tell them that my car still wasnt clean since it was such a fiasco to get my seats cleaned, and Im pretty sure they fired the lazy worker. There are plenty of other car wash locations that give you the cleaning that you paid for.

First impressions matter. And I could scarcely have gotten a better first impression than I got here today. I have a 09 Focus that was badly in need of a thorough, inside-and-out cleaning, and after doing some research, I decided to take it to Palms Car Wash on Research Blvd for a couple of reasons: (1) Its really close to where I live, making it very convenient (2) It seems to be decently priced for the services they offer (3) I read a lot of reviews on Google, Yelp, etc...and was very favorably impressed with most of them. Since I half expected it to be busy, I took the car down this morning, arriving at around 9:00 AM - Figured that relatively early on a Sunday morning, it wouldnt be too busy. And so it proved. Oscar, whom I had read about here, did not disappoint - he was pleasant and highly professional, and quite helpfully described their services in greater detail and helped me with determining what I needed, without trying to upsell me on anything. Not much to say about the outside wash, except the staff was quite professional. By some good fortune, the detailing bay in which I pulled up was visible from almost anywhere in the quite clean and comfortable waiting area. All told, it took about two hours, which is roughly what Id expect. And I was able to keep an eye on my car the entire time, and was extremely impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Juan and his team as they worked on the car. When I was done, except for one small hard-to-reach spot behind the passenger-side rear headrest(which I pointed out and they were quick to clean as I watched), my car was pristine - as clean as it was the day I bought it, if not cleaner. Would definitely recommend bringing your car here, and if you really want great service, Id recommend coming in before 12:00 on a weekend. I know I definitely will be back!

GET READY FOR THIS! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! LONG BUT WORTH THE READ! I went to drive through the carwash as I have done MANY times. I was greeted where they direct you into the car wash and spray your car by a complete jerk! He refused to guide me as they have done 100% of the times before. I had just witnessed what happens to the car before me and did not want this to happen to my car. I am driving a new car and bringing it there for the 1st time! The jerk begins yelling at me to move forward. I rolled down my window to attempt to talk to him and he curses at me with the "F" word and acts like he will spray inside my car. By this time I am very upset and exchange words through windshield. At this time he begins taunting me to get out of my car to fight! As soon as I finished the car wash I went straight to the GM named Chris and explained all of this. He said he would call me by Tuesday eve and tell me what they would do about this. He said he was meeting with the owner and their attorney over damage caused to another car. Of course no call. I left him a message Thursday eve and explained If I do not hear back I will begin reviews. Of course no response so now on Saturday, I am writing my review. No one should be cursed at and threatened going through a car wash. I have a monthly plan which I am stopping and I have had many details at this place. Bottom line is the GMs complete lack of follow up and caring leaves me no other choice. I Highly recommend never visiting this wash. There are many others and this behavior can not be tolerated.
