No attendant on duty yesterday, went thru the 10$ wash, car still not clean so went through the 7$ wash in a different bay...it cut off before the rinse and no dry....car still not clean. I figured it was because my car hadnt been prescrubbed. So, I just went back and told the young man attendant the above...he spent, I kid you not a full 30 sec prescrub...I said are you sure you got that heavy stuff off?...he assures me yes...gives me a free wash. My car is still not clean...no one answer phone. You know for almost 20 bucks, my car should sparkle and it does not.

A couple of weeks ago I requested the basic car wash. After the wash, the green arrow indicated for me to drive forward. I slowly advanced, but the rinse cycle never came on. I backed up and then it asked me to back up some more. The wash cycle started all over again. The vehicle behind me was honking. Apparently, I wound up getting that vehicles car wash. This time it worked. I felt badly, but there was nothing I could do. Ive tried to call to report the malfunction, but have not have not been able to reach anyone.

Ive been coming here since the late 1990s. The wash is always quick and thorough and does an excellent job. The price is right too. Their most expensive wash is only $10. During the day, the friendly staff is always there to give your car a good scrubbing to make sure the difficult bugs come off and can solve any problems or make change. I do a lot of shift work, and I like that you can get an excellent wash late at night (open 24/7), without having to get out of your car.

left side not working - no contact number anywhere on the building - outside of the building is all mildew / mold. normally does and excellent job and has an attendant doing pre-clean but i was to early for that service. had to look up the number to call for a refund.

I know I can go here and get my car looking fresh and shiny. I went with the "Ultimate" wash one time and havent gone back since. Before you enter you have staff soap up and brush your car/tires. Takes longer than gas station car washes, but is well worth the wait.

Dont waste your time or money here. You wont get service, or a refund when it breaks. There are far better carwashes that offer a much better value. Kwik Wash is just down the road, and many others in GT. Spend your money well - move on from this poor wash.

Really good car wash I wish the guys prepping your cars would respond to the good tip a little bit better and actually do a little bit more than normal doesnt seem like it

Car wash shut off in the middle of wash. Power was still on outside and the payment console was still operable, saying "Wash Busy", but nothing was happening.

This is a convenient 24 hour carwash. Not to quick, but does a good job for the money you spend.
