Wow, not only did they drop the ball, they made fun of me in the process. I came in last Saturday. Splurged and got the Executive Wash. Had an entertainment coupon, so the price went from $35 to $20. The cashier told me $20. I paid quickly as I had two preschool aged boys running in different directions. It took a little over an hour...no big deal, I dont mind waiting. As I was walking toward my car, this woman pulls out of the car wash like a bat out of hell! Her car is still wet and she is yapping on her cell phone. Had I not had my kids hand, she probably would have run him over...she was paying no mind to the people around her. I joked with the guy giving me my keys about her not wanting to wait and he tells me she is the wife of one of the employees! Nice! As she was pulling away, the employee husband was yelling at her about waiting for the cops. Weird drama there. So, last night I look at my account. They charged me $35 instead of $20. No big deal, mistakes happen. I call up there and get Adam who calls me back after investigating. He all but calls me a liar. Tells me they have a system. They attach any coupons to the receipt and there was no coupon. Umm...not my fault. I called back and talked to another guy who said he was the manager. He was just as bad if not worse. He was not apologetic at all. I seriously think he thinks I was lying. I got really upset and started crying because its not fun when people think you are a liar and I want my $15 back. He LAUGHS at me and tells me he will give me the $15 out of his pocket if its such a big deal! I felt humiliated and hung up. Ive gone to the Lamar location for the almost 6 years Ive lived in Austin, loyally. I moved closer to this one, but I wont be back. Im a single mom and I dont receive child support. I splurged and got the executive with birthday money my dad sent. Maybe $15 isnt a lot to some people, but its huge for me. Im still crying from the way they treated me...first calling me a liar and then mocking me for stressing over $15. The girl who rang me up was a little busy flirting with the guy, David, who was behind me in line. I told her I was bummed because I couldnt link my account to the Lamar location and would have to drive out there a few more times because I was close to getting my free wash. She asked who I spoke to at Lamar and asked if it was a girl. When I told her it was, she rolled her eyes and said that thats why she was going to work over there full time because of the employees there. She insinuated that the girl who told me that was a moron. Makes me wonder since she charged me the wrong amount! Did she notice and not tell me? Throw the coupon away because of that? I dont know. All I know is that I gave her the printed Entertainment coupon and she said $20. In the middle of her flirting with David (black dude drive a Buick) and talking smack about the morons at the Lamar location, she dropped the ball. At the end of the day, the wash was ok. They didnt vacuum the back of my mazda5, the crazy wife almost ran over my kid and they wont give me my $15 back. BOO!

As a business that portrays itself as a premium service car wash business the level of customer service AND actual service is severely lacking. After paying for an $85 dollar package ($44 after coupon and gift card) at the service desk that lacks service I picked up my car. I did an initial check, left for home, then got home and did a thorough review because it was my first time to utilize this business. Im not sure about everybody else, but an $85 wash better get ever piece of dirt inside and out of the vehicle. My cars wheels still had visible dirt on the inside edges, the interior portion by the rear window still had dust and was clearly not touched. In hindsight, I will never leave this place before doing a thorough inspection because it appears as though a basic wash ($16) is the same as an $85 wash. Good luck on getting what you pay for at this place, or getting a please/thank you for your patronage because none of that was given for my $85 purchase, or the $5 tip I gave to the actual laborer who handed me my key. The words are "Thank you!", use them in the service industry, its good for business! To be fair to the business, I should state that I did call to complain and they did tell me to bring it back so they could "take care of" me, however, time is a precious commodity and one shouldnt have to go to a business twice to get a product they paid for the first time. Really disappointed at my first visit to this place, hopefully they can improve on the second go around.

Bait and switch is what they do best. I purchased a Groupon for $39 that provided $80 worth of services. The person who met me at my car to take my cleaning order told me that Groupons were really just for detailing not for trying to get both the interior and exterior cleaned, which of course would cost another $15. I insisted on only getting the full value of the Groupon without spending more. There was only one service that was priced at $80-- Nano Wax. So, this is what I requested. He wrote "Nano Wax" on the paper bill and used a grease crayon to write on the interior of my window "Wax AR." When I went inside to pay using my Groupon to the same person who took my order, I asked what "Wax AR" meant and he said that it just meant to clean the exterior and interior. So, I wanted to know how the people doing the cleaning would know that it was supposed to be a "Nano Wax." He told me that he would let them know. "REALLY?" I said. So, out he went. He went up to my car and with the palm of his hand erased the "Wax AR" and wrote "Nano." He had no intention of providing the service that I thought I was paying for. Additionally, when all was said and done the job that was performed resulted in nothing that looked like it should have cost $39 or even worse $80. It was $18 cleaner. Thats all.

I have never complained publicly about any business until now. H2O was the biggest rip-off I have experienced ever, probably. We took my car and paid $130 for a complete detail. The man running the line said it would be done in two hours. Three hours later we came back and it was not done. The same man said one hour more. Guess what? Two hours later, still no car. Finally we had to have the car back so we called again (6 hours at this point) and they said it was ready. Yet another lie. We got there and the workers had barely started. The man did not offer any consolation and said, "it is ready." We got the car and the carpets were soaking wet (took two days to air out), the windows were all smeared, the truck had not even been opened except to throw the wet mats in the back. The sun roof had not been touched. It was evident that the car sat in the lot for over 6 hours without anyone dealing with it. The man was supposed to do a walk through and he did not even go outside with us. Lie after lie all day long and crappy work. I called the owner, Buster and he never called me back. Surprise. All they had to do was own up to the fact that the car got dropped through the cracks and give me my money back. Terrible service and disregard for my time and money.
