I WAS RIPPED OFF 3/25/16 BY USING MY CREDIT CARD! 1. First, machine had tape over the Dollar Bill slot, with "No Bills, Sorry" written on the tape. No Problem though, had Credit Card. As Hoped, I Now suspect. 2. When finished hurriedly spraying my car off prior to my sale, Total tripped from "$2.75" to "$3.00" as I stopped and reached to turn to the Off position. No Problem though(?). 3. Checked my Bank Statement on-line today (next morning), and they debited and charged me $10.00!! More than 3X AMOUNT! PROBLEM!!! 4. Googled, Got #, & Called (3) different times - NO Answer & NO Voice Mail to leave message. Each call it rang 20-25 times and they have Fax Tone sound, so you Cant ring until they answer. BIGGER PROBLEM!!!! 5. NOW, they Only leave me THIS OPTION, Then to Drive all the way Back there to TRY to catch someone there for Refund. 6. And/Or File BBB Complaint. 7. "FREE Vacuum Always!" ?????????? Riiiiiight! 8, 9 & 10. BEWARE, BEWARE, & BEWARE!

First time Ive tried this car wash. Its ok but not impressed... PROS: Free Vaccums CONS: Turned on the air dry in the self car wash. Heard the machine kick on but the air never blew. The water pressure isnt as strong as other car wash places Ive been to. The vacuums are adequate but the suction isnt that strong. I just moved here from Colorado and I guess I was spoiled. I used to go to a drive through car wash where the lowest price wash was 5.00 and they had free vacuums and a free machine that washes your floor mats. Also, no sign that says something like "only vacuum here, no detailing"

Great combination of full and self serve. The "Ultimate Wash" is $13 and does a great job on your auto, with an attendant that makes sure the wheels and accumulated heavy dirt are addressed before you enter the automated pull-through with spinning brushes. An attendant at the other end does a complete wipe down of the remaining droplets on the car. And there are free vacuums for you to use to clean out the accumulated debris. Cheaper than a full serve and if you dont vacuum, you never have to get out of the car. Highly recommended.

In all my years of self washing my car (I wash my car a lot) this is probably the best self service car wash! Clean, no homeless people wandering around like they like too at the other ones, no blaring loud music coming from cars, clean working utilities and equipment and free vacuum cleaners! Even the coin dispensers work!

I have been to this place several times over the past few years and always love it. The only problem is the amount of traffic that comes in and the wait times that can be pretty long for a car wash and vacuuming. I do enjoy the free vacuuming there and hope that never changes.

Ive been coming here for a out 5 years now! I love it! From the free vacuums to the scrub hoy foam brush. I love that I can wash my cars seats and carpets. And I especially love that I c an pay for it with my card! They have 2 other locations, but this is hands down my fav.

Free vacuum. Right off the street. Easy to see and find. Got my Honda all clean in a matter of minutes. Someone was there cleaning the place. If you need to use the bathroom go next door at the Chevron, unfortunately it really stinks in there, thats Chevron.

One of my favorite car washing places, I get the $11 buck wash, a person free washes it before you ride in the bay, and this specific wash does the sheen for the tires, at the end you get a person that hand dries your vehicle. Be kind and tip the guy!!

One of few car washes worth going too. Free vacuums, makes it a deal to come here. The price to wash your car will not cost an arm and a leg. However, this place can get crowded pretty fast, mainly because it is popular.

Im a big fan of manual car washes. I like that it doesnt scratch your car. I feel like I have more control and can clean my car better. Cloudbursts washing system works great and is fairly priced.

Excellent car was with employees manually lathering up the car and wiping it up after. Thats helps it hit the specially dirty spots that automatic carwash misses. Also free vacuum afterward.

If you are using a credit card check your statement carefully. They have charged me $10 twice for washes that were $5.00 or less.
