Went through the wash with a perfectly good car and cam out with fifteen different scrape marks and chips on ONE SIDE alone. The other side had damage as well. All obviously scrapes from the spinning of the brushes. Take a chance if you will but they will tell you "Its your car, my machine didnt do it. If I thought it did I would put you in contact with the manufacturer of the machine" if your car is damaged. Reported to BBB and awaiting a response as of 23 Jan 2012.

Owner waited for me to go through wash, then blocked me in from leaving. Got in my face accusing me of "screeching out of his car wash last time I was there and to never bring my car back again." Told him I have no idea what he was talking about. There are multiple cars like mine in Waco. I tried driving off and he punched or slapped my car. Left in a hurry, no reason should someone EVER be that hostile!

I actually really like the car wash, it did a great job but I was just going over my bank statement and realized that they have been placing a recurring charge on my account every month. This is completely deceptive! I paid for a (1) 30 day deal. I never said they could continue to charge my account every month! I wonder how many others they have done this to without the customers knowledge?

Ive always had a good experience here. I have never used the wash/wind tunnel, just have always hand washed my car due to it being a convertible. Love that I can use the free vacuums after my car wash. Everyone that works there that Ive encountered has been very nice and helpful.

The tunnel is wonderful. Fast and gets my car clean. I love the free vacuums where you can take as long as you need. I didnt take advantage this time as I was in a hurry and they were quite full. Everyone thought the holiday weekend was a good time to wash the car.

Car wash is great, however I lost the spare tire cover in the tunnel and didnt notice til I was home - 30 miles away. Phone number on site isnt even their phone number. Great car wash... sad customer service if you cant even call.

This is the best car wash Ive had in a long time. BRAND NEW SUPER TUNNEL just opened and my car looks great! Great customer service and the FREE VACUUMS are a plus. I will be back

Unless you pay for the top two washes, they dont even dry your car, so like mine, itll be covered in streaks and youll basically need to wash the whole thing again.
