Recently, my parents brought their van (used for my disabled sister) with a chair lift to Genie to merely have the oil changed. While having the oil changed, they left all the car doors open and it drained the battery. Upon realizing the battery was drained, they naturally jumped it off. However, during the process, it completely threw off the entire electronics system that is used to operate the lift and the car doors that load and unload my sisters wheelchair. This jump-starting of the battery and ensuing malfunction of the entire vans computer system has caused a chain of events that have cost my parents hundreds of dollars. Not only has it cost them hundreds of dollars in repairs, it has confined my sister to my parents house because she is unable to use the van to go anywhere. The lack of customer service and desire to do even the slightest thing to reconcile the matter has hurt my heart, made me angry, and led me, my parents, and many others to vow to never use Genies services again. As a former manager of a restaurant that prides itself on customer service, I am appalled at Genies negligence to do everything they could to retain a FORMER, loyal customer. Not only have they lost business for future oil changes, but they have failed to know that my father REGULARLY brings his vehicles to them to be detailed.
Very poor service. My wife brought her car where she has been going for years. An employee saw it was a Mercedes and said it had to be hand washed for 45.00. My wife explained that she has been here numerous times actually for years and she promptly left. She was disturbed by how the employee was trying to take advantage of her, I told her to go to the finish line where I get my truck washed. The finish line is really nice and the older gentleman who processes my pass always brightens my day. They also have free vac. One act of dishonesty loses a lifetime customer. Not smart business.
My car was ignored while two others were taken ahead of me as I stood outside my car, the cashier lady ignored me while continuing a social conversaction with an acquaintance standing at the counter, very inattentive I had to interrupt their conversation just to pay my ticket. I told myself 10 years ago that I would never go back. Looks like Ill wait another 10 years to try it again. Paid $105 for a detail. Didnt vacuum the trunk, didnt clean out center console, didnt even wash my floor mats. The people seem nice though.
The owner Mark is hot headed and the customer is always wrong. Reading the post, I see were not the only one who has an argument over the exact same thing! Thank God I was out of town when he got in my wifes face!
Beware. They will damage your vehicle and claim the damage was there when you came in. Crooked company. A lousy customer service after the fact. All they want is your money. Shady very shady.

Yesterday I went to the genie car wash and I love the new $6.00 wash they have. You get to ride in the car and I really want to do a revisit some time and get the extreme shine wax
They suck. You pay $31 for a damn $5 car wash. No wonder why theyre not busy like all the other car washes around Waco. Never again.

Did extra good job on my car ...I was treated like a queen. They rendered services they ordinarily dont do.
When I am lazy I go there . They are good and quick. But some other people are cheaper .
