On Friday 9 October 15 at approximately 4:10 pm. I entered the Shamrock Car Wash on 132. S. Rock Road with my brand new 2015 Camaro SS. when I entered the bay my front passenger side wheel fell through a grate that seemed to be partially pulled back (maybe for maintenance) and was obscured by the soap and the water spray so I was not able to see this upon entering.(have pictures to back this up) This cause damage to my wheel and the underside of my front fairing. I could not find any number associated with this location I had to find the owner by researching the address through Sedgwick countys GIS website which in turn I further had to research to find this location and number. I have tried numerous times to contact these people but to no avail. I will now need to get my insurance company involved to get my car fixed. If you are looking for a touch less car wash please consider when of the many other ones available throughout Wichita. Not only did this pose a safety hazard, and damaged my vehicle it did a horrible job washing my car.

I am trying to get a hold of someone about the car washes in Newton. I just lost $31 trying to get my car clean. Im not usually this aggressive about contacting people but Ive been a faithful customer for 15 years and my car looks worse than when I went in. Ive tried calling the Newton and Wichita numbers. Hopefully someone cares about the business to answer the phone or a message because if not, I will not go back and neither will anyone that sees my car right now and hears that a car wash is the reason it is so disgusting.

I paid for the most expensive one and there wasnt even soap. About 3 or 4 times the water/soap machine (whatever its called) just ran over my car doing absolutely nothing. I sat there watching it try and wash my car with air. It then rinsed my car with high pressure water. Once again, not once was my car sprayed with any type of soap. So irritated and wish I could get my money back!

This company takes customer service to a new low. I did the manual wash and no soap came out on either the high pressure wash or the presoak. I tried twice to call the service number at the car wash and never got a return call. I tried to call the office number numerous times and no one ever answers. My next communication will be with the Better Business Bureau.

Worst car wash Ive seen in Wichita. Tried 3 vacuums . First one ate my money and never came on. Second one u couldnt even put change into is was so jammed up. Number three nozzle wouldnt stay on the hose to vacuum. Even saw a woman whose car was covered in soap have to leave to another stall because the water shut off. Ridiculous. Go somewhere else..

Just washed my car here today the only thing that is half way clean in the sides of the car. The lower part of my car is full of soap it looks worse now then it did before I washed it. Only thing I will come here for is to wash it by hand they automatic car washer is garbage. Not worth 8.50 at all.

Terrible wash. Paid 10$ for a wash and the soap didnt work and neither did anything else it offered besides the rinse. The washer thing just circled my car for 5 minutes. Wasted 10$.. could have gotten a better wash at green lantern for 8$. Very disappointed. Will not be returning here.

Ripoff. Said I would never come back after last time. $5 minimum for lousy, low pressure wax & rinse. Beware of credit card reader as it does not stop & you have to wait for it to expire. If you dont, the next 5 people might use you card to wash their cars.

Tried to get coins at one money changer ...off Tried to do the same at the other one ...off Scrounged for change only to be a quarter short because they charge a dollar more than other washes . Dont waste your time .

If you go, I dont recommend using your card. The machine charged my card $20 for a manual car wash... I tried to call the company at 3pm on a Thursday to discuss this issue, and there was no answer.

I was just full of hot air. They held $15 on my credit card for a 10-dollar wash initially, but what went through was actually $10. So, I was wrong in my earlier post, if anyone saw it.

Terrible! I paid $8.50 and all the bird poop is still there. Tried to call them & no one answers and there is no voicemail or any other way to reach anyone. Do not recommend.

I would give this zero stars if I could. The only step of the deluxe wash and that worked was the water. None of the other stated steps worked, false advertising.

The pressure was not good at all. They charged my card $15.00, but then credited $10.00 back - kinda screwy if you ask me. I will not be back.
