I took my car here for an oil and fuel filter change. First, they told me no problem. I waited inside. Then they told me they didnt have the fuel filter for my car so they couldnt do it. This is only slightly annoying because I would have taken it somewhere else if they would have told me they couldnt do both. I pay for the oil change and get the free wash. About an hour later I go to drive to the store and my car starts DYING! There is a distinct gas smell leaking out of the back of the car where the fuel filter is located on my car. Sure enough, they had disconnected the fuel filter and LEFT IT DISCONNECTED! Its unbelievable my car made it home before spilling fuel all over my apartment complex parking lot. I called and they told me "We didnt disconnect the fuel filter... someone else me have disconnected it... I didnt personally disconnect it." The guy was reasonable at first and said he would come to me and fix it, given that I cant come to him. This was at 2:50, an hour and a half later theres still no one here. I put the fuel filter back on myself... DONT REWARD THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BUSINESS!

Today was the first time I took my car to Donovans. If this is the sort of efficiency and detail that I will get every time, I will choose this hands down over Genie Car Wash any day. Genie took twice as long and the quality of the service has just not been consistent (though a few times have been outstanding). I recommend driving a little further down Valley Mills. Ultimately, you may end up saving time and have a better looking car inside and out.

Very pleased with the service I received! The truck has never looked so clean! At first it was difficult to find someone to help me but after speaking to the manager and understanding they were short staffed on sundays I left my 2015 F250 crew cab truck for them to fully detail for ONLY $40 its been the best deal Ive found in Waco. Thanks guys, Ill be back!

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Never knew you could mess up a car wash experience so bad. They accidentally took out one of my rubber floor mats, and claim they cant find it. They offered me a comp. wash, although I would have preferred a replacement mat, but I had to go get my car washed elsewhere immediately after because of how bad the comped one was.

This car wash is out dated. I went because they have free vacuums with the purchase of a car wash. They turned off the vacuum before I finish cleaning out my car! So it defeated the purpose because the wash didnt get my car cleaned and all I really wanted was a decent vacuum! I will not waste my money at this establishment ever again!

definitely not a BAD car wash. however, there is always an area on the back of my car that doesnt get cleaned. same with my wifes car. i drive a jetta wagon, she drives a mazda minivan. the six buck wash right down the road at genie does a much better job for 1 extra dollar

Brought my car here to have the interior cleaned this week and the results were nothing short of great. Michelle and Donald took car of the issues professionally and quick with a great deal. I will return and recommend this place over Genie.

Great car wash. The basic wash and dry is inexpensive and the dryers are extremely diligent. Bring some cash as youll want to tip them. I tried a lot of car washes in Waco when I bought my new car. This one is the best experience Ive had.
