Ive been to this car wash a total of 3 times. The same package each time, the $27 one. The first time I got a car wash it was done well, interior looked great. I have vinyl floors and vinyl back seats and both were cleaned and scrubbed down. The problem is each time I went back the service degraded significantly. The 2nd time I went, since I had a pleasant experience the first time I bought their discount card. Only half of the interior windshield was wiped down, the spray dried on the bottom half and looked terrible when the sun hit it (you cant tell under the shade they work on your car at). My fender wheels wells were not hit, the floors were not done well, the back seat was not wiped down, and there was still some dog hair on the dashboard, and just several spots missed. My 3rd and final time going, I arrived at 5:15, my discount card wasnt working, so they had to issue me a new one, no big deal, but by the time my car was run through the wash, it was already 5:30 (they close at 6). Even though I arrived first, they did 2 cars ahead of mine, and at this point its 6:10. The young skinny hipster looking kid was doing a real great job with this SUV, poping the trunk, getting all the edges, floorboards, floor runners, etc. That car looked great. Mine was done by the 2 overweight people there, one young, one balding. The bald guy vacuums half of my car for 30 seconds, then goes off to the side and eating sunflower seeds for a few minuets , spitting the seeds into the vacuum tube, then goes back to vacuuming for a few seconds, and then hes done. Thats it. Nothing else. No wipe down of my seats or floors, and he missed half the car. I move my seat back from the front position and there was a pile of dirt and filth that was missed. The other young kid does a quick wipe down as fast as possible. Then the takes tire SHINE and sprays my rim and wheel (to save time) and wipes it down real quick. He put tire shine on my rims. Not rim cleaner. After he was done, I wipe my finger across my rim and all this grime and grit is on my finger. Tire shine doesnt clean rims or removes grime, its just a layer of silicone that sits on top of whatever is there. All in all, it took both of them 5 minuets to do my entire car, and half of the time was wasted talking to each other, or doing other things like cleaning up rags to close shop. Im pissed, I go around pointing out stuff that still needs to be cleaned. I got the $27 max package, there should be nothing left on my car that is dirty. My floor was still dirty, my runners were still dirty, my rims were still dirty, they didnt pop my trunk to clean around the inside jam. They didnt clean my door jams. After I started pointing everything out, they said, instead of offering to fix it "Would you like to talk to the manager." Yes, yes I would. They come back, no manager. "He said if youre not satisfied with the wash, then well just refund your money. At this point its 6:25ish, I dont want a refund, Ive been waiting here for over an hour, I just want a clean car. At this point I didnt want to deal with them any further so I just left. I should have gotten a refund and regret not doing it, because my cars interior was no cleaner than when I came in. If the manager would have just come over and seen the obviously sub par cleaning of my car he could have at least corrected the situation. You know what the real problem of this is? People just wanting to get out of work. Hey service industry people, waitor/waitresses bartenders... this is for you. Just because your business closes at a certain time doesnt mean thats when your shift ends. It doesnt matter if I was the first or last car to go through that line, I better get what I paid for. I showed up 45 minuets before they closed, its not like I showed up 5 minuets until close. I will be going back 1 more time, because I have 1 more discount left on my card, but if its as bad as it was the first time, Im asking for a refund and never going back.

This place has the best drive-thru car wash around! My commute has me coming off 183A from Downtown Austin everyday, so I stop in every time the car is dirty. I havent had a bad wash yet & am usually in and out in 5 minutes (exterior-only wash) I passed on giving these guys 5 stars because my experience with the wash that included the interior was just "ok". To me it is strange to wash the exterior first, then have the car wait in the sun to be vacuumed & wiped down. I suggest they extend their canopy that would run the length of the car wash so cars dont have to worry about sun spots setting in so quickly as they turn in. All in all this is a great car wash with prices starting at $6 you cant go wrong.

Terrible service. We went for a full service cleaning, paid $31 to have the inside of car detailed. 2 young men sit in our car and just talk while feigning cleaning the inside. I watch this for 10 minutes hoping that theyll finish their conversation at some point and focus on cleaning my car. It became apparent they werent having a conversation as much as they were passing the time, so I pulled the plug and told them they were done doing nothing and abruptly left. Worst service ever! Never going back and want to inform the world to avoid this place like the plague.

I came to get a full detail and they didnt have enough people so they didnt allow anyone else to do it until they were finished with the other ones so the only option was the outside. I wanted to leave but there were car behind me and the gate wouldnt open so I had no choice to buy one. I got the 14$ and I had to go through TWICE! The people didnt even act like they cared. I was already pissed so it just made me more mad. I went to the vacuums and they sucked so bad. It was sucking anything up. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Never coming back again.

The first time we went through the self serve car wash was a great experience! My car has never been this clean with a different car wash. They have someone there to spray and prexlean the car which is very nice! The second time we went the guy rolled his eyes at me as I tried to get exactly in the roller with my tires, which was rather disappointing. He clearly didnt want to be washing cars at 8am. Otherwise, awesome car wash! Cant wait to try the inside and exterior next time I dont have two kids with me!

For the most part, this is a good place.. It depends on who is there when you get there. I go so often that I know when I pull up if it is going to be a great job, or a decent job. But, it keeps me from having to spend hours on my wifes car, when there are many more important things to do. Best bang for your buck is to get the membership card, it pays for itself in 2 washes. and you get a discount on every wash after that for the entire year.
