The reviews along with the closeness to my work made me really excited to call this place and schedule an appointment for a walk through. When I called, I was taken aback. The reviews said the staff was SUPER friendly and they go out of their way to help people. I am not sure if this is in person only or what but when I called today for the very first time the phone was answered with a "hello" only. I was shocked because Ive never heard an actual business answer their phones like this. Then I asked is this Twinkle Wonder School and they said yes. I spoke to Ann around 1:30 today and she said she would need to call me back within 3 minutes of the call after I asked my 1st question. Again, I was really really shocked at just how unprofessional all of this was. Ive NEVER experienced anything like this from a business over the phone before. I said sure and asked when to expect a call back she said in about 10 minutes. An hour and a half later I called back and spoke to Wendy, whom oddly enough also answers this business phone "hello". Then I told her that Ann said shed call me back an hour and a half ago and she didnt and asked if I could speak to her she told me she went home for the day (at 2:50 in the afternoon...I need her job). Wendy offered no apologies for Anns unprofessionalism and then I proceeded to ask Wendy my questions about Summer camp and she answered almost all of them with no trouble. I asked who the supervisor was (to let her know about Anns unprofessionalism) and Wendy said it was Ann!!!! I am not sure about this place, the reviews seem soo good. I am hoping that the inside and care of the children supersedes the subpar reception area. Thought Id let everyone else know. It kind of raised a few red flags for me, not going to lie. Hope this helps someone.

El centro está bueno lo que no me gusta es las cubanas que trabajan allí se la pasan en el celular y les gritan a los nenes muchas veces, creo que deben de mejorar su actitud y aprender inglés para que puedan tener mejor comunicacion con los nenes mi hijo llegó golpeado una ves y me dijo que la teacher estaba en el celular miss ivon gonzalez no están debidamente capacitados. Cuando los padres se van, el personal les está diciendo a los niños que se callen o los dejan gritando. Si usted está pagando un buen dinero para el cuidado de niños o si su niño grita cada vez que los dejan, incluso después de haber estado yendo allí por un tiempo, que algo está mal. Compruébelo usted mismo.

If someone went into this dirty place, I do not know how they can say it was top notched. Check for yourself. Floors are nasty in all the rooms. They have a menu posted but serve the kids chicken nuggets or hotdogs only and daily. Kitchen sink is always nasty and full of dirty dishes. My daughter was working there. This place is understaffed and over worked. The couple employees there are not properly trained. When the parents leave, the staff is telling the kids to shut up or they leave them screaming. If you are paying good money for child care or if your child screams every time you leave them even after they have been going there for a while, than something is wrong. Check it out for yourself.

My son has been here for almost two years Mrs. Aslioe is an amazing teacher she is patient, kind and loving with all of her kids definitely one of the best Twinkle Wonders employees!! The director Mrs. Anne has been very understanding with my personal situation and Ive never had a problem with her not being professional or uncaring. Every time my son had any accidents or anything I am always called and made aware as soon as possible. I like that I can be worry free while I am at work knowing that he is being treated well.

I absolutely love this place! First of all its very clean and for me its very important. The staff is very professional and kind and will help you with anything you need. They have great activities and toys for all ages. This is the most comfortable place I feel to be in for my kids. My kids ages 2 & 3 like to stay there at least 2 hours and dont get bored. Great place guarantee!

I highly recommend Twinkle Wonders to anyone looking for a safe learning environment for their child. My daughter who is 19 months old loves this place. She especially loves the staff! As do I! They have treated my daughter like family. Mrs. Ann the Director/Qwner is great! If I ever had any concerns she took them into consideration. Thank you Twinkle Wonders!

My kid are in this school, they are learning so much since they been there. I am so happy and i know they are safe. They love their teachers Ms. Moinca so great with my 4 yr daughter. First and foremost the school is super clean. The teachers very friendly and the academic program was well suited for my kids. The owner too is also very welcoming brought out her time nd did a proper walk through with me nd my wife. I will gladly recommend this place. Great atmosphere for learning.

I am so so proud to know my niece is in great hands. Not only is she happy but she learns something new each day and loves to tell me about it and how she loves the slide. I wouldnt rather have her anywhere else.
