I am a part Of the king family!
My daughter had been going to this daycare for two weeks. They have issues with their phones constantly. My daughter has several bruises. One next to her vaginal area and two finger shaped ones on her legs and two on her hands. There was no accident report or anything. My daughter also had a very deep scab that was split open at the daycare; still no accident report. When i asked the director about it, she became very defensive and rude. We then proceeded to get in a yelling fight because she expected me to belive that the bruises were really dye from her Huggie diapers!! A brand of diapers she had been wearing for a year all of a sudden gave her a dye stain? Ya right! They dont keep and truthful daily activity sheet. it looks like the paper to let me know wbout her diaper changes was fabricated. On all the diaper sheets i have, not one shows a poopy diaper. So my child had not pooped once at all during the day in the two weeks that i have been bringing her? In front of me, when my child was throwing a fit, i could visibly see the teacher grab her arm a little to firmly!!!! They wouldnt let her have her stuffed animal to soothe her when she first attended the day care.I have never seen the same teacher in the room. And the worksheets that the kids are suppose to do look like the teacher did it for her!! My best friend also takes her two kids there. She has the same complaints and along with my child, has pulled her to children out. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HER! They have no respect for your concerns as a parent nor do they have respect for your child.

Was hired last week. After being asked to come in & sit in on the classroom where i would be working, i quickly realized that this place wasnt for me. Very unsanitary. They do not wear gloves when feeding the kids, nor do they change gloves after each individual diaper change. Staff was giving kids highfives while still wearing gloves she had just changed a poop diaper with. Under trained staff didnt know about fire alarms, where to go durning a fire drill. Director didnt have any compassion or concern when i told her my daughter was sick & having seizures, that i would not be able to come in. Told me that i had to choose. They are not up to safety guidelines. Very unorganized, unsanitary. Would NEVER recommend this facility.

I used to work at this facility they do not take proper care of children nor do they notify parents of things that should be addressed which is why I left. The director her self cant handle being in a room for more than 5 minutes and the front staff was always rude. I would honestly recommend ANYWHERE but this place its nasty and not up to state code AT ALL!

I love the whole center in general. Most off all i love the staff,they are amazing. They have patience with the kids and take the time out to teach them what they need too be taught.They have a great lunch menu and different varities of food. If anyone was looking for a center i would truly recommend KIDZ COUNTRY! They are great

Sad that the centers new owners and Director are not upholding the same standards that they original owners and director held the center to. Hit was an excellent place for your children and always had positive feed back! The staff were all long term and very informative about any incidents relating to our children.

My children have been going to this daycare for the past 2 years. I have had no issues with the staff. They have very good teaching programs and my kids love it there.
