I have had at least 4 different calls to my stores with Mattress Firm and every time Bill comes out he does 100%. Last time he informed me my showroom had over 60 fixtures that needed to be upgraded. Bill, Rob and Mark are currently switching out the remaining 50+ that needed to be approved. MY STORE LOOKS AMAZING!!! I am constantly getting more cloud coverage as the day goes on but the store just keeps getting brighter!!! Thank you so much for helping to get the improvements approved it really made a difference!!!!

It must have been an off day but our experience was a contra to the other reviews. We were left hanging with the problem unresolved. They said they had to make a return trip? They seemed to be in a big time hurry to leave.? Yet one was energetic about being paid even insisting he was being ignored. Nothing ventured & nothing gained except they were compensated for no results.

Excellent service! Jared and his helper installed (1) a standard light fixture (2) a custom installation of two Moroccan pendant lanterns that did not have an integrated light fitting. They did a great job. Definitely recommend their services.
