Excellent Service!!! ... we found it, just by accident! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT! Over the last 6 or so months we have been looking for the right chandelier for our dinning room and some pieces of furniture. On lighting we like more of a custom look so we had ruled out big box store after looking at some of the options they carry and narrowing down (after a very long search) on a couple of chandelier options on the internet. During one of our furniture search trips we went to see furniture on Fondren. On the way to the store LBX Lighting caught my eye and I recommended going in - "just out of curiosity" I remember saying. AS SOON AS WE OPENED THE DOOR WE WERE AMAZED BY THE VARIETY IN THE STORE!!! We were immediately greeted by Mike,... a cup of hot chocolate, tea or coffee was immediately offered... some sweets on the table as well! Now a days most stores go overboard to get your attention but Mikes offer was genuine,... with no pressure. We walked around and found many more options to solve our dilemma of "a light over a table". The selection is incredible! We even found one of the two internet options we had narrowed our search to in the store.... AND LESS EXPENSIVE! We decided to buy a chandelier there, after all the selection and attentiveness gave us no excuse. We spent about 30 minutes walking around and then found a piece that caught our eye. Great Price-Great Look... perfect match. We live close to the store so thought we could just carry it home. Mike offered to deliver and install it the SAME DAY! They showed up, installed it and the piece looked great. The next day I got a call asking if we were pleased with our purchase...how could I not, the piece is great. I did notice earlier that day one of the shades wasnt fitting just perfectly so I offered to exchange it the following week. Mike said it was not necessary, instead he would send somebody over with a new shade to replace the one that kept catching my eye. They came in the afternoon and brought TWO SHADES! I could not believe the attentiveness of the staff stopping by and how efficient and clean they were both during original installation and then the re-fitting. I most definitely recommend this store, the only thing I regret is not having more fixtures to buy... but being appreciated as customers the way we were may change our mind! Thanks Mike and staff.

We were looking for a chandelier for our dining room for several months. We didnt have much luck finding anything modern enough, but not crazy expensive to fit our décor. We looked and looked forever and would still be looking if we would not have found LBX Lighting and Michael, the owner. LBX Lighting is a really cool mix of traditional, modern, and unique lighting fixtures and home décor. But most importantly, it has a great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Michael not only has great taste but he also finds the best products you can find on the market. He has a great personality and will make you feel almost home at his store. If you ask, he will even play the piano for you! He has a baby grand piano at the store, so you can listen his pretty music that he composes himself while you are looking around. With Michaels help we found a great modern chandelier that we really, really love. It makes our dining room look very pretty and we have a lot of complements from everyone who comes to our house. Apart of chandelier, we ended up with doing lighting in two more rooms and had a great experience working with Michael and his team of electricians. They did a great job in our house. The installation was very easy for us, but a little challenging for the electricians - the ceilings that we have are very high and it was a little tricky to install the spot lights and chandelier but the electricians (Jose, Erick and Leo) spent as much time as was needed to do everything right to our satisfaction. So we were very pleased. Overall we had a great experience with LBX Lighting and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for the new lighting for the house. Don’t waste your time looking at other places – Michael and his team at LBX Lighting has everything that you can ever dream about wanting.

Normally I dont like to push my buying experiences to family and friends on Facebook. But this is one time that I think it would be very beneficial for anyone that is in the market for lighting fixtures, bulbs, etc. to know about this particular store. They have the most unique designs under the sun. They are local, but also have a website that you can order from. Theyll ship anywhere. The reason I felt compelled to mention them is because in the 72 years of living, I have never experienced customer service as I did at this place. Keep in mind that my order was only about $40, a very small order. But LBX Lighting, Inc., treated me as if I was giving them a million dollar order! My son was changing the outdoor fixture with the new one I had just bought at LBX when he dropped it and the glass broke. I called LBX to order another one hoping they would let me have it at a discount. My jaw dropped when the salesman, Chris, had obviously checked with the owner, Mike, and came back on the phone and told me not to worry - they were going to order another one for me at no charge! If that wasnt enough, he told me they were going to have their installers come out to my house and install it - at no charge! I really didnt believe them until I saw the installer drive up. Thats unheard of in this age of greediness! They just finished installing it and it looks great! So if and when youre in the market for their products, try them first - youll be glad you did. They have gorgeous stuff and youll have peace of mind.

I met Mike 7 years ago before expanding his showroom. I arrived at approximately 9:00pm where Mike graciously accepted me as a customer even though he had closed for the evening. I was in process of looking at lighting ideas for my new home which was under construction in downtown Houston. While admiring his unique lighting products, our conversation shifted to topis of life, politics and various other mutually shared subjects. My first impression of Mike was that of a people person, engaging and intently interested in devloping a relationship over and above that of customer. I immediately knew that he was a man of integrity and honesty. Our conversation carried on until 1:00am in the morning. Mike worked with me over the next several months to understand my unique lighting requirements and designed and installed a lighting "experience" for my home. I had many social engagements at my home where my guests "raved" more about the lighting than any other element or attribute of the home. My neighbors were so impressed with the lighting that 2 of them hired Mike and LBX to provide lighting for their homes as well. Between my home and neighbors we spent approximately $60K with LBX. Before I went to LBX I visited several lighting establishments in Houston. No one has the inventory, customer service and attention to positive customer experience as LBX. I highly recommend Mike and LBX for your lighting needs and am blessed to know him as friend! Max Gilreath
