I went to get my son a haircut and I was very disappointed in the service and his haircut. There were only 2 women available and one couldnt understand anything I was saying because she didnt speak English very well and one was to busy to do anything but take calls and help incoming customers. My son asked for a particular style of haircut and didnt get anything close to that. Yes we are African American and I just feel there should be someone there that can cut every kind of hair and that us obviously not at this establishment.

Most haircut places are average, just get in and out quickly with an okay haircut. Today I went to this Great Clips and had the best haircut experience Ive ever had. Maliwan checked me in and cut my hair, and the attention to detail she gave was incredible. The whole experience was really enjoyable and Ill be going back and asking for her the next time I need a haircut.

Nene has been cutting my sons hair for several years and I believe she is the best at this salon. She is meticulous with boys cuts. Weve gone from super long bangs (skater cuts) to super short, tapered, everything, and she does a fantastic job. I really cant speak about adult cuts, but if you have a boy and want it to be cut right, I recommend asking for Nene.

I got my hair "trimmed" here and was so frustrated afterwards and still am. The stylist cut at LEAST 4 inches off and it is uneven. Im mixed, so if she couldnt handle my type of hair, she couldve just said it...instead of ruining it. =(

Came in on veterans day to get free hair cut coupon. About a month later came in and got a nice free hair cut. Lady was real pleasant and professional. I will use this place as my barber.

Lasly was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted. She asked if I liked it or wanted it cut a little shorter. She was very sweet. She works Friday-Sunday. I highly recommend her.
