You get what you paid for! Great Clips is the new hair salon located behind Fresh. I received a haircut coupon for $4.99, so I decided to get a one there. I though it will be a professional and classy establishment due to its location. However, it is just the façade, and it was one the worst decision that I have made. The inside looks nice and clean, but the customer service is horrible. Ingrid was my hairdresser. I showed her a couple of pictures of how I usually cut my hair. I also explained her that I want short on the sides and long on the top. The next thing I know, she brushed my hair down and cuts it above my eyebrow. I re-explained her the way that I wanted, but she did not even care. I look at the mirror and expressed my discontent. She did not apologies; I paid and left. I should not have paid! Therefore, I do not recommend Great Clips not even if they give out free haircuts.

Since the new Great Clips isnt up on google yet I have to review this one. First off, any modern day hair cuts styles are nowhere near the ability of the employes. I asked for a simple fade and asked the lady if she knew how to do it multiple times and age repeatedly said she could. Well I guess her definition of a fade is different than anybody elses. She didnt know any techniques and was asking around on how to perform it. She was way off and cut my hair uneven I had to ask my sister in law to fix the mess. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else but Great Clips because there is not "Great" about it.

I took my son to great clips. And I told them to cut a quarter of an inch on the top of his hair, she cut his hair leaving him almost bald. She stated, "Oh well, I cant put it back." I had used this location before this incident and I was pleased with them but this lady has ruined my opinion on it.

Havent cut my hair in over a year. I asked for a trim and long layers. She cut at least 4 inches off and the layers are not even. By hair is a least an inch longer on one side..NOT good at all. Have to go somewhere else to get it fixed!

When you walk in the door with a calm 2yr old and the first thing they say is "nuh uh. If he aint gonna sit still, this aint gonna work", you know you went to the wrong place.

Did not make sure my hair was evenly cut, and made my layers really choppy. I had to have it fixed a few days later.
