Im disappointed in the customer service. I went in for a consultation. Later booked an appointment and two weeks for availability. I called twice prior to my appointment. Then, when the day arrived was told they would not be able to address the color that I wanted in just an hour. The hair dresser mentioned that she saw me on the schedule for an hour and didnt think that was enough time. My question is, why didnt you call and reschedule? Essentially I waited 3 weeks to fight Broadway traffic just to leave within three minutes of getting there. If youre a lady, I recommend that you go elsewhere. It would appear that you are second priority.

Ive had nothing but the best experience when Ive gone to Headquarters. The environment is comforting and the staff is friendly. I got my hair cut here a couple of times when they first opened, went to some different places around Tyler over the next year and eventually ended up back here. Shop around to find a place you like, but in my opinion, theres no place better than Headquarters!

Great place for a haircut. Caycie does a great job and it is definitely worth a few extra dollars for the atmosphere and personal attention. Sue is an excellent LMT. She did more for my hip pain in a couple of months than doctors could over several years. Also highly recommend for stress relief. It has made a huge difference for me. Thanks Sue!

Great place for a guys haircut! The staff is always super friendly and knowledgable. Ive had two different ladies cut my hair and both turned out great. I used to go to Sports Clips but this place is WAY better. It does cost a little more, but its worth it. You can have a beer while you get your hair cut, awesome! Give it a try!

Pebbles at HQ did a wonderful job! I am a lady with LONG hair and I have had some bad experiences with salons in the past but Im hooked on HQ! Beautiful salon with great service and prices. Pebbles listened attentively to what I wanted and kept me involved along the way to ensure I was 100% happy with my cut. Shes great!

My stylist is Caysie, and she is awesome. She tailors the she cuts my hair to my needs and hair. She is by far the best stylist I have ever had...I am 62 years old...so I have had many, as I have moved 7 times in my career. It seems a little pricey, but it is well worth the expense. I highly recommend!

Hey I really like this place....only place I can get my beard trimmed right! Great booking and appointment system! PS....getting in and out can be a little tricky depending on time of day so get an early appointment or park in back!

Great place to relax, staff is superb, and Pebbles does a wonderful job! I actually got the haircut I wanted unlike my visits to Sports Clips. Highly recommend!
