I have been to this location about 4 times. The only reason I returned was because of the two male stylists they had here. There is a lady there that is either Hispanic or Native American and another woman who is in her 30s who where very rude on my last visit. I arrived at the location with my brother and daughter to get our hair cut. The Hispanic lady starts to walk to the back and tells the othere lady it was her turn to cut. The other lady says no its you turn well they went back and forth until they disappeared off to the back. Then two other patrons showed up and all of a sudden these two ladies feel like cutting hair again. I got my hair cut by who I think the manager and so did my brother. Unfortunately my daughter got her hair cut by the 30 year old lady. My daughter is sitting there and all of a sudden she starts making a big scene saying that my daughter had lice, which made her feel uncomfortable. The manager said it is just dandruff but the damage had already been done. Fortunately for her my daughter who has a big heart and asked me if I was going to tip her. In my head I was saying NO but I did only because my daughter asked me to. Needless to say I will never return to this location even after buying product and gift cards here, and that was only done because I received such great service from the manager. When the other two saw me spending money all of a sudden they were friendly and wanting to lend a hand.

My husband had his hair cut there the Wednesday before July 4th....he scheduled his appointment on line....the stylists area was filthy and when he asked if she could sweep up the hair, she got an attitude. He wears glasses all the time...took his off and put them on the counter by the station....he was so upset by her attitude he failed to grab his glasses....realized it about 15 minutes later. Went back to get them and the rude stylist said...what glasses? Would not even look for them...the manager was contacted...she said shed have the GM call....didnt happen... It took two calls to the corporate office to get someone to call back....and...guess what? They said sorry...youre out of luck. $700 pair of prescription tri focal safety glasses. I would steer clear of this place....they are rude, they do not respect the customers.....and they lie. If I could give then a negative rating I would.

Asked for a mohawk, and to keep the top hair the length it is. She said "are you sure?", I said "yes" and described what exactly I wanted. Im pretty sure i know what i like. I got a normal mens haircut/flat top and she trimmed down the top hair i was trying to work on keeping. She did good on the fade though. Seems like one style she can do all day. She didnt talk to me or ask me if i was ok with what she was doing either. No conversation at all. Not even a thank you or an apology (if felt compelled to) as i walked out after paying. I did tip her for the work. Dont know if she was on something or angry about something while she was jamming the clippers into my skin and ear. Overall worst hair cut experience ive ever had. Im in my 30s and have had many hair cuts, mind you. Sorry for the bad review Jennifer but that was upsetting.

Normally I dont leave reviews unless I had a great or horrible experience. I went today to get my haircut for the first time there, I always get the same haircut so I know what I want and I explained it more than 3 times apparently she did not understand after repeating myself. My brother in laws wedding is less than a month away and from having my hair so long just above my hips I decided to cut just below my shoulder blades. My hair is so choppy and you can clearly see my hair uneven and right from the middle towards the bottom Im missing a big chunk of hair! Worst haircut ever! Thanks for making my hair look ridiculous!

I get my hair trimmed every two to three months. The last time I had it trimmed was here. The gentleman who started my hair you can tell he was new, but he was so incrediablly nice and when it came to the cut asked me if I wanted the lady working to cut because he was unsur . I said that was fine. She did an amazing job and I appreciated his honesty. I tipped both of them very well. I love this place. Not only do they do an amazing job, but the stylist was honest instead of possibly messing my hair cut up. Yall made a loyal customer out of me. Great prices, great stylists, and a happy atmosphere. Great job guys!!

I was going in every 2-3 weeks I even started bringing my kids in for hair cuts but after my last visit I will never step foot back in there. Aug.20th was my last "hair cut" I went in to get touched up for my little sisters wedding which was the next day and the woman butchered my hair, nothing about it is even and I shave the back (its hidden) well she shaved too high and left splotches everywhere. Its so bad that I have no choice but to let it grow before I can go somewhere to have it fixed.... Thanks for making me look horrible for my sisters wedding

I havent gotten a hair cut in a few years and decided it was time. So I went to this place and Im not sure if she didnt understand what I wanted or just didnt care. She fully ignored what I said I wanted on the length of my bangs and hair and now my bangs are so short I look like a little girl and she cut off way more on length than i wanted also. Will never go back and dont recommend anyone else go there either.

Went to get my sons hair cut. Lady was rude with my son (hes 4 and doesnt do well with clippers). It wasnt till i left and was else where that I good see someone elses hair on my son. I know it wasnthis because my son has light blonde hair and this was black hair. When i called to talk to a manager all she could do was offer was offer a half ass apology and swear they clean their tools daily.

If you are looking for that ran-over-by-the-lawnmower look this is it! Choppy, unpleasant and a little but painful all in one. Next time Ill have my husband do it, at least I wont have to deal with pathetic snd unprofessional customer service. Seriously, I always get my hair cut by a great clips, and this place is just laughable. (Almost as much as my haircut).

The objective for my stylist, Jennifer, was to complete the haircut in less than 5 minutes. One way she did this was to skip any blow drying or combing out of hair trimmings. Left the place with lots of loose trimmings on head and shirt. Wont return to this location.

Go for a medium fade and a clean up on the top, they translate that into a Mohawk. I cant go to work like that not can I wear a hat until it grows enough to fix. Had to shave it all off andI left with a 1 across my whole head.
