I usually have Lacy cut my hair but lacy was not there when i needed my hairr cut so i went to talk to one of the other hairdressers to see if she could follow the cut she looked at my hair amd said anyone of the stylist could follow the cut i also told her i didnt want it short n look like a boys/mans cut it is to be a Bob cut she reasssure me she could do it well low and be hold i have a boy/man haircut she even used the shaver in the back of my neck i kept telling her she was going to short but she just kept going like she didnt even hear me i kept moving my head so shed stop but she just kept holdong my head n tellimg me to stay down i kept telling her please dont make it look l like a boy/man cut not that short she didnt listen said it wont look like that but it does i was so upset when i got out of there i paid 17.00 of my little fixed income i went back the next day to talk to lacy she sent the manager out who was the hairdresser who did my bad haircut she said she was sorry i didnt like my cut but once it grows out it will look good what a bunch of bull she showed no remorse for doing a bad job n not listening to her customer lacy told me the manager would give me my money back when i mentioned that to the manager she laughted n walked away i will never go there again ended this place stinks no regard for the customer i am going to see if i can find someone above this manager since i got no where with her please go elsewhere if you want a good cut n some one who will listen to what you want done after all its you time n money oh yes i waited 45 mins to get a real bad hair cut dont go there

If I could give this place zero stars I no doubt would. I read another review about ridiculous wait time and I should have listened. I spent nearly an hour sitting there when it was only me and one other person because the stylists thought it would be a better use of their time to deny a customer a price change when she was overcharged. I wanted to wait it out because I had been there so long already, but after nearly an hour they still had not resolved the problem and decided it was time to call corporate. Who knows how long that took?Seriously dont waste your time there is other hair places a stones throw away.

Tina did a totally awesome hairstyle for my daughter. She is a stylist that definately knows how to cut and style hair! My daughter went from ragdoll to looking like a model in a matter of 30 minutes or so. I am very sure it raised her self esteem a few points. My daughter loves her hair and stands an inch or two taller because of it. Ill be looking to her to do my entire familys hair in the future!

Wow... After waiting forever and watching others customers leave during a 20 minute argument with a customer over 5 bucks we had enough and left as well. They were kind of rude to her. They priced it wrong. Dont waste her time or mine and fix it.we went across the street to great clips and had a good experience.

I went to TGF to get my hair FIXED after I made the horrible decision to go to Great Clips. Mrs. Dee did a great job of fixing my hair. I would definitely recommend going here to anyone looking for quality hair cut.

They were freindly enough, but I would have spent my entire night waiting to get a simple haircut. Other people got tired of waiting as well & left. I know you cant rush perfection, but THAT was ridiculous.
