I was a walk-in, as the store says walk-ins welcome. In truth theyre only welcome if there isnt an appointment scheduled within the hour. I arrived at 12:50 and checked in. I wasnt asked what I needed or was there for, only rudely told that since I didnt have an appointment I would have to wait and see if the 1pm spot was a no-show. They didnt show until 1:10. So I waited in the waiting area, in front of the hair dresser, who was sitting at the front desk, for 20 minutes. All I needed was a very basic trim and it could have been done in 10 minutes. Instead of working with the schedule and fitting me in, they lost out on business. Awful time management. I will not be returning.

My extremely picky husband has been coming to this salon for 5 years now. He has a few girls that know him and give him exactly what he wants in a haircut. He never makes an appointment, so occasionally, he has to go to someone new, which most of the time, works out. He had one terrible experience where he was forced to shave his beard and the cut was extremely too short, but hair grows. Not a huge deal. I started coming here a few years ago when I got a terrible beauty school haircut. I came here in desperation and heather fixed me up very easily. We will definitely continue to come here.

I have been coming to this salon exclusively for 12 years. Their stylists are very experienced, unlike the national chain locations, and the prices are very reasonable. As a business professional, its very important to me to really know who is cutting my hair, and for the past few years, I have been using Steph. She does a perfect job every time, plus she is very cordial and has an awesome personality. On the rare occasions that she is off, the other stylists have done a good job as well. If you give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Tiffany does some great work. I am a woman with short hair and she cuts it the way I want it and still maintains the femininity, which is a lot harder than it sounds at other salons. She also does hair for formal events. Everyone in my sisters bridal party looked incredible. I was getting compliments all night! I would highly recommend Tiffany to anyone looking to get their haircut... Wait, if I do that then I might never get an appointment! :)

Ive been coming here for almost 2 years and I havent regret it, ask for Stephanie she does really great with color and knows about it too, shes very helpful and guides you through the process. Better if you first make an appointment for hair color, your hair will thank you for it. I know mine does all the time.

This place is great! Very affordable and every one has always been nice and done an excellent job! I have only been there for mens hair but Im sure they do a great job on women too :)
