The staff is kind but they do not know at all the products they are using to color the hair. Ive been there today and I left the shop with huge stains on the face and the ears. The service I asked for my hair was to brown color my grey roots. No cut and no highlights. A very simple request. As soon as I arrived at home I needed acetone to remove the stains causing redness to the skin. Now I really feel to suggest them to use specific cream around the face and ears while using aggressive products. Would be necessary not only to avoid the stains but also to safeguard the health of their customers. I would expect, being this their job, they knew these methods especially considering I paid 90 USD for this unpleasant outcome.

I absolutely LOVED my hair stylist! She was super friendly, made good conversation, and is amazing with my hair and products! I moved here from Los Angeles where there are tons of brilliant hair stylists so I was nervous about going to a "smaller" towns salon but it was worth every penny! The only thing I didnt like much was the front desk lady who answers phones....shes not very friendly or warm and she kinda of made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. She may need some lessons on customer service and smiling.

KTS Hair Studio is an absolute gem and perfect for men, women and kids. Great stylists, especially Emily. I judge a great cut by the fact it looks good even if I dont style it but let it dry on its own - way to go Emily! Great atmosphere with warm and friendly staff. The owner, Kevin, makes sure everyone is well taken care of, both staff and employees. I know he provides employees with regular opportunities to learn latest cut and color techniques. I highly recommend this salon.

I love KTS! The first time I went I didnt really care for the outcome - but I gave it another try and Kelly has done exactly what I have been looking for. Shes super sweet and I love that she asks me QUESTIONS. Ive never felt comfortable telling any hairstylist if something is too long or short - because I felt like theyre the expert. Kelly interacts with you during your cut to make sure you get what you want. Thanks Kelly! Looking forward to seeing you again in January!

This is seriously one of the best salons I have ever been to. All of the stylists are personable and so talented you cant go wrong with choosing any of them. Emily is simply wonderful but like I said all of them do a wonderful job. Ive been going there for about 5 years now and refuse to go anywhere else. Im moving to the Carrolton area soon and would rather make the drive than find a new place. I credit every single good hair day to this place! Love, love, love it!

I am so lucky to have found KTS Hair Studio since moving to Texas last summer. Fallon is the best hair stylist that I have ever been too. I have never found anyone to cut my hair as well as she does. She listens to the issues that I have with my hair and always give me a great haircut and color that lasts! She is fun and creative too and is aware of all the latest trends - she makes great suggestions as well when you are quite sure!

Brooke at KTS hair studio is a clients dream. Firstly, she does exactly what you ask, and provides honest advice in regards to keeping your hair healthy, and you happy. Secondly, she is great at color. One of my bridesmaids came into town for my wedding needing some hair help, and she matched her color, exactly, and made her look beautiful for my big day! Everyone there is super friendly, and its a friendly price too! I adore KTS!

Tracey was amazing! They have such a nice set up there. Friendly service, offer beverages when you come in the door. Definitely not the "factory" style where they try to get you in and out quickly. Tracey took her time to make sure I loved my style. She gave me suggestions as well of different things I could try with my hair. LOVED HER! Highly highly recommend! Price to cut hair was $43 but absolutely worth every cent!

Absolutely love this salon...and Chris! I live over an hour away from the KTS Hair Studio, but it is worth the drive to have Chris cut my hair. My hair is cut so well that the style does not have to be re-washed, fixed with a curling iron or hot rollers for at least three days. My hair is almost shoulder length and that is saying a lot about having a great haircut! To me, the cost is well-worth the quality hair-cut.

Never had my hair colored before and wanted to go for a subtle balayage. I knew I wanted to go to someone who knew what they were doing. After looking at pictures and reviews on their website and Facebook page, I knew this is where I should go. Boy, not only did Amy know what she was doing, she made feel so comfortable and talked me through the process! Ill for sure be sticking with KTS Hair Studio from now on!

Fallon is a breath of fresh hair. Hah, see what I did there? In all seriousness Fallon is awesome. Shes worth every penny and will take her time to make sure your hair is perfect. The salon itself is beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly and are quick to offer refreshments. The price is reasonable in my book. You get what you pay for. Amazing hairstylists and good service is definitely worth the money.

Went here for the first time in May. Kelly did my highlights and cut. She did an awesome job! I love my hair. She recommended some hair products to make my hair stronger and healthier and they have been working great. They are very attentive to your needs and listen! I even got a follow up call a week after my appointment to make sure I liked my hair. This place rocks!!!

Ive been going to KTS for a couple years now. Ive always seen Fallon and she is very good. I dont color so its just cut and style but I always look great when I leave there. Whether Im going layers or no layers, shorter for the summer, bangs or no bangs, she listens to what I want and Ive never left not liking my new style.

Love getting my Devacurl cut by Jody at KTS. Best part (other than the knowledgeable stylist cutting curly hair which is unheard of) is the amazing shampoo bowl chair that allows you to lay down while getting your hair washed. Highly recommend any naturally curly hair friends to make an appointment with Jody.
