I went in for a trim and was given more than I asked for. In fact, they adjusted my color during the shampoo, which I didnt know about. However, it was serendipitous because my hair was getting too brassy red, anyway. I usually do just roots but was going to do a whole head color readjustment for more ash blonde. What they did, using a product - what I dont know - was healthier and better. The trim was fine, they didnt take much off, honoring what I asked for, which was to keep it long. I saw a bunch of men come in and get cuts while mine was getting done. They all looked great! I think there is some great talent in this shop. Any issues I might have had would be due to language - they are all native Spanish speaker - the woman who shampooed me and gave me the price of $25 spoke fluent English. But she left after shampooing me. The one who did the cut did not speak English well, and yet I think the task was left to her to tell me about the color adjustment. I had no clue what she was saying until later that afternoon when I realized what they had done, the great favor they had actually done me!! However, there are issues that I think it would be good for others to know about, including that they did not ask me whether I wanted the color adjusted (thank goodness I did) and then I was charged a total of $31 "for shampoo" though I had no idea why. lol. I think they probably were just as confused as I was as to why I found the extra $6 strange - I know now that they used another product to tone my locks down. Anyway, all is well and I wouldnt hesitate to go back here, cuz from what I can tell, they have a very good eye for what looks good, though Id probably bring my English Spanish Dictionary with me. On the window it says Se Habla Espanol, maybe it really should say, We Speak English.

I may have received the worst haircut in my life. I knew I was making a huge mistake when I pulled up and the staff looked out towards my car with contempt. Despite this I sauntered inside under the false premise that my ridiculously simple haircut instructions could not be molested. The lackadaisical manner in which my hair was cut from the start made me regret my decision immediately. Not only was this the worst haircut I have received, it was also the slowest. Time seemed to stop as I watched in horror as my hair was clumsily cut away from my head. At one point, when I thought we were halfway through, she asks, "Is this good?" Looking at my hair in the mirror I can clearly see that one side is at least a half inch longer than the other. I ask her to cut it further and she does after 30 seconds of putting her hand in my hair and tilting her head sideways. She then snips around my ears with trembling hands that make Michael J Fox look like Ben Carson. Finally, when Id had enough and felt that I had done all I could do to make her give myself a decent haircut I said it looked fine. Closer inspection at my home reveals that it is still slightly uneven, not even properly trimmed around the ears, and there are blatant missed spots where she was supposed to trim my sideburns. I have had good experiences at other Supercuts but this was not one of them. Exercise extreme caution, unless youre getting a buzzcut, which I would then exercise medium caution. I left one more star than minimum because my hair was at least shorter than when I walked in.

Not respectable of your time. Ive really given this place many chances for my business. I always check in online or call in ahead first for a specific time slot. Just about every time Ive gone, Ive had to wait 30 minutes to an hour for my specific stylist. Many times I would be there a minute or two early and the person would have just started a walk in, so Ive had to wait. This last time I tied to get service I called the place to confirm they were there that day. I go there and then was told 2 stylist switched shifts. I was then told I could come in at a specific time the next day to which I agreed and they wrote my name down. I came in 5 minutes early that next day and she was working on someone. I told the lady who came to greet me that I had an appointment for that specific time. After waiting for 30 minutes again she finally finished that person and she called up another person from the waiting area who was waiting for her also. I got up and said that I cant wait any longer. She said that shes just going down the list. I said that I was told to come in at this specific time (to which they had wrote my name down) and I couldnt wait any more. They didnt care so I told them again I cant wait any longer and walked out. The Ive tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt and multiple chances, but Im done.

This was there first time I took my toddler (19 mo) to get his haircut at a regular place (not one for kids). Mirza was soooo GREAT - she was soft spoken but thorough and she was calm with my son. He still cried and didnt want his hair cut but she was careful and gentle and eventually after a few short minutes and some Elmos World he was quiet and she was able to cut his hair with the clippers and scissors. And it was the BEST haircut that my little has ever received!!! Sooo thankful!!!

Love love love Rachels cuts! Shes awesome! So are the other girls. They are always smooth and sweet and give me just what I ask for. The atmosphere is always so peaceful and its got to be the best quickest cut a gal could ask for! The Tea Tree experience is to die! And did I mention they also dye hair! Perfect for my busy schedule! Thanks ladies you rock!!

First off, the customer service is terrible. At times, the stylist cut my hair without even asking me what she should do. She spoke in an extremely rude tone and acted as if her time was more valuable than the haircut I was paying for. The hair was cut very carelessly, causing her to mess up my hairline. I would give 0/5 stars if possible.

This is such a busy store, I am amazed at how well the team works together and gets everyone in and out in a timely manner. The salon is always clean and they have a great attitude.

Was able to get in and out in under 30 minutes and had a great cut from a very friendly stylist. Definitely worth a visit.
