First issue, girl cut my bangs at an angle until I specified straight across. I didnt realize the issue wasnt resolved until I came home, brushed things out, saw that it was at an angle for one portion and straight across for the other. I trimmed my bangs straight across myself, which was the whole freaking point of paying a styling to do it in the first place. Second issue, had to repeat three times I do not want to give my phone number, it is not in the database because I do not want to give it, no you do not need my phone number to cut my hair. Nor do you need my phone number to cut my childs hair, but they still ask for that, too. There will not be a repeat visit.

I went to the Harwood location for the first time. Ive gone to other Great Clips before and was satisfied. This location I didnt care for. I told the stylist how short I wanted my hair which was above the shoulders and showed her a picture. She barely looked at the pic. Also asked if I wanted it cut dry or for her to wet it. Ive never been asked that. Stylist always wet it. Then she didnt cut it above the shoulders and I had her cut more. It still wasnt above the shoulders. The layers are very choppy and long bangs are the worst cut Ive ever had (lucky I can put the bangs behind me ears still and it looks ok.)I will not go back to this location.

I only came here because I seen a lady holding a sign saying, haircuts for $7.99. I knew I had a lot to do the next day, so I figured I could try them out, by saving time, and money. I am going to say this, u get what you pay for. They all seem to cut hair, like amateurs. I will continue to make the 25 min trip to Kings Barber, in Grapevine and paying $18 a cut. After my boys hair was cut, I told the stylist I liked it. I felt it wasnt necessary to trip, because I knew I would never come back, and u cant automatically turn a bad haircut, into a nice one.

Ive been coming here for about a year now to get my hair cut and love it! I tried it out randomly one day and the woman who cut my hair did such an excellent job that I decided that I would be going there from now. The salon is located in a busy shopping center, so definitely check in online first if you can. The ladies are all friendly, professional and do an excellent job. There are usually 3 or 4 of them in there at a time and I think Ive had my hair cut by all of them and have yet to be disappointed. Its affordable too!

This place is a NIGHTMARE. If you take pride in your hair and actually care about styling, please DONT GO HERE. I have a horrible rash on the back of my neck, bald spots all over my head that arent from genetics. I went in for a quick trim and left with barely any hair on my head. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont do it to yourself. Find another place. I will never do business with Great Clips again and whoever cut my hair needs to go back to school. She shouldnt have a license.

The hairdressers and stylists who work here always do their absolute best to ensure the satisfaction of their clients. I do my own hair, but the rest of my family loves Great Clips. Its convenient because you can schedule an appointment online or just use the internet to check the wait time until the next available walk in. The pricing is stellar, too. My brother only pays around $15 for his haircuts and they do an incredible job.

I dont understand why it is so hard to get a simple mens haircut right. Theres always a crooked or uneven trim, longer spots than others or badly done fades. Turnover is high, so when you actually like how someone does it, they are usually gone after a short while. They are all very nice though, never had issues with that.

I dont abt rest of u people.... But I dont like this place. I told this employee there let the hair in the middle not touched and jus cut the sides. I dont know what she heard, shes like "its lot of hair" and took off all my hair. I was growing that for 2 months now I look like.. nvm.

Roll the dice with this place. Sometimes you get a good stylist and about 20% of the time youll get someone who forgets to cut a whole side of your head. That has happened to me 4 times since they opened. No more chances for me with this place

This place is horrible I went and took my son the day before his birthday and they messed his hair up and I asked if they knew how to do a specific hair cut the lady said we all do then she cuts it and came out like crap

Terrible attendance! The employee who cut my hair, made a big sh ... In addition to the end, not even remove excess cut wires. I do not recommend! (She has short blond hair)
