I had a hair emergency, i.e; I attempted to trim a new look for me into my bangs.. I knew about places around such as Great Clips and couldnt walk around with my hair like it was. I was able to get an appointment immediately. Coi was the gentleman who helped me. There were 2 employees there and both were polite. The prices are really low and it was easy to get to. I liked that i didnt have to enter a larger building like a mall to get to it due to my hair embarrassment. Ha ha. Coi was great, he listened to what I needed and helped alleviate my issue. I was pleased. I havent gone back because I see this place a younger kids and mens style place. Also Im picky and older and despite my trImpulses, need a more experienced stylist, plus Im a non-smoker. Sorry Coi. Not meant to be an insult at all. I appreciate his help and work and tipped him accordingly and if I did have another emergency, I would return if I had to and would surely ask for Cois help again.

Horrible experience!! Warning, do not let Rosalinda (Rosie) touch your hair. She was very rude and un-professional. I showed her a picture of my previous shoulder length hair style and explained it to her. She started to take shears to to my hair and cut the hair at my right ear above my ear. I turned to her and said "what are you doing, Ive never had anybody use those on my hair." "Why did you cut it short?" Her response was "if you want me to cut your hair, this is what I use." WHAT!/?# So I took off the cape and walked out with the left side hair on my head below my shoulder and the right side with a large section cut above my ear. I went to another hair salon and told her my horror story and asked her to fix my hair the best she can. Now what is ironic is that this second hairstylist knew of Rosie. She didnt have anything nice to say about her.

Worst experience. Took my son in for a cut and the lady was not even slightly friendly and didnt make a single effort to make my son comfortable. My son is 3 and has had at least 5 or more hair cuts before and he has never cried at a single one till that day. Then..... She had the nerve to ask if my son had a disability. Really!? Ive never left any where more upset than I did that day. We left with a very unfished hair cut. Which he was crying so it was his fault. Now I have to take him some where else to correct this. Which again I am not blaming them for the quality of the cut I just think they can work on customer service and friendliness.

I give it minus million stars. I got buzz cut and they took out my hair from scalp. I have bald spots. Immediaty after i noticed it i called them asked to speak to owner. They hung up. I contacted better business bureau. The bbb contacted owner again and again. The owner refused to reply to bbb. The complaint was sent to bbb and directed to companys headquarters. They contacted owner. Then owner called back but soon started mocking me and bbb. The complaint remains unresolved.DONT GO TO THIS STORE. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS. You will regret it like me.

A hair dresser cut my bangs unevenly and at a downward angle on the left side. I didnt realize it because the bangs were pushed over to the side when I left. If a hair dresser cannot cut BANGS evenly and straight, no wonder the rest of the hair isnt quite laying right.

The man at the shop didnt seem like he knew how to cut hair. He finished the hair cut so fast like he was in a rush and did not finish cleanup (around the ear, side burn leveling, back straight cut) ...,very bad experience.

Being a guy I dont have a lot of demand with hair cuts, and Great Clips has worked just fine for me. Theyre cheap and quick. I cant speak much to getting anything other than a trim, but theyve always done well with that.

Was a bad hair cut 3 weeks ago...the stylist layered my hair wrong. Now i have to let it grow out before getting it fixed the right way. Great clips has always been good until this last time.

Decent place for haircuts especially when there is a sale or a coupon is handy. The staff are very friendly and make nice small talk while you get cut.
