According to the receipt, Vanessa was the one who messed up my hair. She never acknowledged my presence, never smiled, asked no questions for clarification of the style I wanted, and barely spoke a word even when I attempted to get more than a sentence out of her. Whats the point of showing her a video of the hairstyle I like if shes still gonna cut it another way? If I had known she didnt study the video nor paid attention to its details, I wouldve discussed with her the style to ensure understandings. I even asked if she ever gets nervous with requests. She was so overconfident with her reply that I anticipated an award winning cut. I wouldve respected her more (anyone for that matter) had she admitted she may not be able to do all requests, but would certainly give it an effort. I wouldve respected her more had she asked throughout the cut if shes doing it correctly to my taste. Besides my cut being far from the video, my right sideburn was obviously shorter than the left. Even so, youd think she would then fix the other sideburn to balance. My entire right side was clipped much shorter than the left, the skin is almost bare; in fact, the cut on the right side is opposite from the video. There are supposed to be longer length of hair overlapping the clipped hair. Because she lacked attention to details via the video and was too bold to ask for my guidance, she concluded to her own idea of what the cut is. She was still wanting to cut some more on top to which I convinced her not to once I realized she has no idea how she even got her license to cut. You dont proudly say youve been doing this since 02 when you just proved you cant follow instructions via an actual video! I wouldve loved to not tip her (regardless just $2, which is still crediting her too much), but unfortunately its like looking at a lost puppy, you cant just turn away without tossing a piece of snack. Its a good thing the total was half price. Nonetheless, half price is still too much for incompetence and for an extra $2 tip to say, "Thanks for a crappy haircut!" Customer service and accountability makes a difference when all else fails, but Vanessa failed all else, customer service, AND accountability.

I am so lost for words right now. I went in to get a trim, the hair person asked if I wanted to add a couple layers for more volume and I said sure. Not a big deal right? I was so wrong. This person completely screwed up my hair. Its so choppy, look and feels so thin, the "layers" dont blend in at all. And now Im stuck with a huge problem. It really sucks when you put your trust and money into a so called "professional" and you get such a horrible result. I cant just snap my fingers and grow back my hair its a long process and not only that this haircut is going to end up costing me more money to get it somehow fixed. Leaving me with no choice but to get a completely short style than I want or need. I hate this place. I wouldnt recommend ANYONE coming here. They obviously have no clue what they are doing and Im actually questioning if they even have their license to do hair. They completely messed up my mans hair when all he asked for was a medium fade (a basic haircut) specifically said he didnt want any of the top cut off and what happened she went ahead and cut the top off. Although his isnt anywhere near as bad. Both people working this night suck at their job. I could go on forever. Just find somewhere else to go because I wouldnt wish this experience on anyone!

I have gone in there three times. Only once time did the lady do a decent job. The two that has made me decide to not go back, the lady cut my hair dry and it was uneven. The next time ( I did not want to go back but my son did not want to search for a new place, we are not familiar with area) the lady cut my hair in about a min, I am non confrontational, so really all I said was not sure you got the bangs. I will definately not go back again. I would rather go to a college where they are learning than to go back there where they should know what they are doing and yet I pay money for a job poorly done. I just want to go somewhere where the stylist takes pride in their job.

Just went there. Absolutely horrible. My fiancee said she just wanted a trim. Hair person asked if she wanted layers for volume. Now her hair is more flat than what it was before. The layers dont even blend. Its completely choppy. Somehow the ends even look worse than they did when we walked in there. She also didnt even get the original trim she wanted. The entire haircut was a disaster. Mine was ok. Still not what I wanted. But it still looks decent. Shouldnt have gone, definitely shouldnt have tipped. My bad for paying before the haircut was completed. Absolutely wasted the money here. She would have been better off going to a barber instead at this point.

Took my husband to get a military cut, nothing hard and were from out of town. We didnt catch her name but shes tall, thin, bobbed hair and smells of smoke. My husband finished and he has red spots all over his head it hurts him a lot. I watched and she wasnt giving much attention to what she was doing as she was talking with the other workers turning all the way around to talk while she cuts. Everyone in the salon payed attention when the clippers got caught and she forced it through (its very loud). Very upset

Butchered. Maybe because they were under staffed and there was only one lady there and several customers. Rushing everyone through to decrease their wait time. I completely understand. I explained I was getting my haircut for my wedding. I did say it looked fine, but then I got home and I got home and determined it was not. I guess it was both our fault. Oh well, time to find a place when I land in Montana to get it fixed.

This great clips location has consistently declined ever since the manager (Christy) has been experiencing health issues the post 2 years. However, in the last 6 months, it has been on a nose-dive. I am going to have to find a new place to get haircuts for myself and 3 sons. I dont want to have to explain transgender politics to my 3 year old and 6 year old (because even kids understand that it is not natural).

I went to this particular location about three months ago and I was treated like a trash by Ms Rachel. I will never forget my experience there. She was the meanest hairstylist I had ever met. I had been going to two other locations and never been treate that bad.

Outstanding staff. I took my three daughters to get their hair cuts. Each stylist took the time to figure out what they wanted. One of my girls decided after we got home it wasnt what she wanted so we went back and Ms Norma worked with her till she was happy.

If you want mediocre, unprofessional, over priced for what you get haircuts. This is the place for you. No one knows how to cut hair been there for eight months and have tried five different stylist including the manager. All just awful.
